Spent $60 and all these are on facebook ads -BFE stands for bum [censored] Egypt I think - got a little toy in the mail. And my husband ordered my gift online and his “50 cent” junk went to CA and was delivered today and not to our mailbox. He also ordered in facebook and tracking said BFE corporation as a starting point. NEVER order anything on Facebook!

As with everyone else who spent their hardearned money, I was scammed as well. Thinking it was probably a scam I allowed myselfto to (order, no get) an Intex hottub. As a Christmas gift, needless to say I now have to come up with a replacement giift with only 2 real shopping days left. I'm asking for a refund from you as the little blue cracker Jack's toy car certainly isnt worth 2 cents let along the $99.79. Respond asap or the Better Business will be in reaching out to you. Out right getting over on people with your 2 cents items especially during these difficult time with the pandemic is something I just cant NJ ignore. Money is tight in the U.S.AND OUTRIGHT STEALING FROM PEOPLE IS SOMETHING YOU AND THE HIGHER POWER ABOVE US WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR SOMEDAY. Ordered Lysol Spray for paid via PayPal and received a pkg with worthless piece of junk inside. Item sent with tracking number so scam vendor has proof you received your item. But tracking number does not show what's inside only something was sent & received. Apparently this is good enough for PayPal and this ends their responsibility.
PP makes it very difficult for you to contact them via phone because the Tel# is not listed on their. I had to go on line to get it 1-888-221-1161.
I'm not holding my breath for any acceptable resolution for PP.

PayPal is suborning fraud. They stated that this vendor was verified. In fact the vendor was listed under another name. Now they have shipped as BFE Corporation Limited. Obviously PayPal knows it is fraud from all of the complaints that have been filed dating back a year yet they still say the seller is verified. The vendor has listed various addresses in the United States. I ordered tools. I was sent a one cent toy whistle. I contacted PayPal immediately upon placing the order when it told me they would ship what was "in my shopping cart". PayPal immediately closed my complaint and will not allow me to reopen it. PayPal obviously has ZERO interest in fixing legitimate complaints.

I was needing a 3,000 watt, 12volt to 110 volt inverter for a big truck. While shopping on line I found THIS company that advertised they had some on clearance. It was the same make and model I needed, because they accepted PayPal, I just went ahead and ordered and paid for it.
I followed up to see when it would ship and the address they were shipping to had 2 numbers transposed plus they had dropped my cottage / Apt number altogether.
Today, I receive a tiny envelope ... maybe 2" x 4" ... with something tiny in in it ... same tracking number! I am afraid to open it... maybe they will say I received the 50 lb inverter!

Exactly the same thing happened to me. When I did not get an order confirm I researched the seller and saw many complaints like ours. Filed a complaint with
my credit card company (B of A). After 6 weeks BA sent sellers response showing
I received a package from them and put the charge back on my account. Only trouble is the package contained a 5 cent dog whistle, not $80 worth of cleaning supplies.

The website advertises many types on products. I purchased a South Shore 4-door storage pantry cabinet, 12 1/8 inches by 23 1/2 inches by 60 1/2 inches high. this product photos are from South Shores website. I did not receive any communications from the seller for a few days. I sent an email via the website inquiring because I did not receive a confirmation email as stated I should have. I received a response from the email [email protected] stating do not worry your order has been shipped from China. This is the first I knew it was coming from China. I asked for a tracking number. I received ******************** as a USPS number which it was not. The next email I received a website to put in that tracking number which allowed me to monitor movement. After several weeks I received a notification email from USPS with a USPS tracking number, **** **** **** **** **** ** that my order was in Atlanta, GA. A few days later I received a small envelope with above tracking number containing an empty plastic SD card case. I used Paypal and they are investigating for my refund. I emailed the shipper regarding what I received and requested a refund and have had no communication.
