Unauthorized loyalty program charge after costume purchase

I bought a demon hunters halloween costume from them, which was not as depicted. I was then charged separately $39.99 almost 20 days after my initial purchase. I contacted their support on their website to ask what that additional charge was. They said that when I purchased the costume, my purchase also came with a 20 day free trial to their loyalty program. I told them I wanted a full refund and that I did not authorize that charge. I even went so far as to pull up my original order, and nowhere on it did it say there was a loyalty program. They told me that they would process my refund of $3.99 right away. I told them that I wanted a full refund of $39.99. They told me they refunded an additional $7.20, a grand total of $11.19 refunded. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card.

Substandard kids costume and unauthorized payment attempts

I ordered a kids costume I receive substandard costume that I was unable to use. I was charged 33.98 for trash. I then started to receive 29.99 payment attempts on my Apple Cash card. When I tried to contact them, the number on the other end, said this is possibly a scam hang up now. It is close to Halloween and I can only imagine how many people are going to get scammed by these people. The system is not allowing me to upload what I ordered and what I received and the list of times they have tried to take money out of my account..

Slumberkiddies refuses return, sends counterfeit, unauthorized charge

Wouldn’t allow me to return item that was damaged and would only allow replacements even though website offers a 30 day return. The product was also counterfeit and not the same quality of what was shown in the picture. Then they said I needed to pay international shipping costs, in order to get a refund but would not give me a price on how much the cost would be to return. Also, charge me a separate $29.99 that was not authorized by me and reported it to my credit card company. The merchant says it’s from Wisconsin but it’s really a company out of Asia. Buyer beware.

Paw Patrol toy was smaller and off-brand, membership charge not confirmed

The website advertised a Paw Patrol toy as being of a large size and with actual characters. The one I received was much smaller and off-brand. When I reached out for returns, they would only offer 10% back, then 20%, then 30%. I never received the money back. I then found a charge for $29.99 on my credit card. When I reached out about it, their phone was never picked up. I sent an email and was told my purchase came with a membership that was free for 20 days before the charges started. This was never confirmed during checkout nor did I receive an email like you would for other memberships. Once again, I asked for a refund. They only eventually offered 30% back, which I did not trust because I never received my other refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. This company is predatory.
