Wouldn’t allow me to return item that was damaged and would only allow replacements even though website offers a 30 day return. The product was also counterfeit and not the same quality of what was shown in the picture. Then they said I needed to pay international shipping costs, in order to get a refund but would not give me a price on how much the cost would be to return. Also, charge me a separate $29.99 that was not authorized by me and reported it to my credit card company. The merchant says it’s from Wisconsin but it’s really a company out of Asia. Buyer beware.

The website advertised a Paw Patrol toy as being of a large size and with actual characters. The one I received was much smaller and off-brand. When I reached out for returns, they would only offer 10% back, then 20%, then 30%. I never received the money back. I then found a charge for $29.99 on my credit card. When I reached out about it, their phone was never picked up. I sent an email and was told my purchase came with a membership that was free for 20 days before the charges started. This was never confirmed during checkout nor did I receive an email like you would for other memberships. Once again, I asked for a refund. They only eventually offered 30% back, which I did not trust because I never received my other refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. This company is predatory.
