They will not let me cancel. I tried every avenue and it's a dead end. The phone number is also to Yellowstone national park.

I ordered and never received my order. After 3 weeks I emailed the company and they replied back saying they could see that the product was on its way and to use the tracking app. After 1 more week the tracking app said it was delivered and it was not delivered. I sent 3 more emails with no reply back from them.

I saw an ad on Facebook for a thyroid supplement that would help my liver to work better. I purchased 3 bottles, then was given the opportunity to purchase 3 more at discounted prices. I paid with Shop. My order came from Wuhan, China. I ordered 5/5/2026 and arrived 5/19/26. An email informed me another order would arrive for my subscription. I had not signed up for a subscription. I was able to go online and cancel it before it shipped. Multiple emails tried to sell me additional products. I tried product for 2 months. No change to my health. I asked to have refund. Order was for $236.15. Refund only for $47.23. Lost $198.46. Waste of money. Refund policy is not followed. SCAM!!!
