I had the same issue, bought a solar camera it never turned up so I contacted the post office, they had a tracking number and a scanned delivery date but said it was unusual that the GPS tracking location could not be found, and of course no help from PayPal

I ordered Rechargeable MINI Wood Cutting Chainsaw, 2 for the price of 1. There was a delivery confirmation for November 11, 2020 by USPS (supposedly). I was home the whole day, Veteran's Day, federal holiday (no mail service), but I never received them. I contacted them and they said they sent on on January 22, 2021. Now paypal closed the issue. I still have not received anything. What a scam! I will never order anything from these Facebook advertisers, and never from China!

I ordered two cameras from Yokawa and after three months I never received them I filed a complaint with Pay Pal and when they talked with Yokawa. PayPal denied my claim because Yokawa told them they have a tracking number. Don't buy anything from this company because as you can see on this site their nothing but scammers. Yokawa never even reached out to me and they lied to PayPal.

I have been scammed. This company has changed my pal pay 47$. I didn’t order from this company. I ordered from a couple other China companies and have been scammed by them. I have been scammed several hundreds of dollars since before Christmas. They advertise leather boots but they are cheap plastic. Look like Halloween costume crap. I would like to know what to do.

As of January 22, 2020, I have not received the merchandise nor any confirmation of purchase through PayPal.

Please refund $39.98 back to my PayPal account. Upon further checking, I found out this is a bogus company and there are several complaints against them. PayPal shouldn't be doing business with them and since they are, they should refund the charges back to the consumer.

I ordered 3 heating vests Nov.23rd because it said it ships from California and delivery date was to be December 15. I did not hear anything from them so I requested that they cancel my order as it had not shipped yet and I needed them for Christmas. We were doing this through Pay
pal. They responded that it was shipped on the 14th and the carrier did not have the tracking number. After not receiving a legit tracking number I filed a compliant. They again wrote me that is has been shipped. That was on the 26 of December. I was then notified by USPS that a shipping label had been created on Jan. 7th. Obviously they never shipped it as I was told . Pay pal cancelled my claim stating Item was received even though I told them if the company ships it I will send it right back to them as they did not do what they advertised and had plenty of time to cancel my order. PayPal is just as crooked as this company. I will be reporting both companies and Facebook shouldn't be allowing this company to advertise through them. What a scam!

Establishloves/Yokawa Network Ltd is a scam company. They advertised 4 k cameras on Facebook for 70 per cent off and free shipping if you ordered 2. I did that. I right away got charged $5.99 us for shipping, but though ok. I waited for 2 months and only received 2 low-grade sim cards. I asked for the cameras, they denied the add was for cameras. Many were caught in this scam as complaints are all over including Paypal blog. They send the chips to China even though they came from the US at my cost and they would refund, sorry I didn't like their product. I said no, I will send after I receive credit. They even sent a changed, fake invoice stating sim cards but I had my original that stated camera's. Paypal got involved and immediately refunded. Read the internet or Paypal blog, many people got scammed

I ordered curling irons from this company back in October. I started researching the company right after I placed the order from being on IG and saw all of the complaints. I immediately cancelled my order to find out later that the order never canceled this minth after looking at my account more closely this month. I emailed the company a few days ago and they tried to sayy that there was a mix up at the shipping company. I finally was able to get phone number to speak to someone directly at PayPal and they refunded me my money. They had a tracking number and everything. We went around and around for a few a days

I placed an order through Facebook for this website Feelitnice for 3 barbie dolls (Dia de los muertos and a Freida Barbie), they supposedly sent it via USPS and stated it was delivered but to an incorrect address...supposedly they would correct the problem and resend it but never did and I have numerous emails since telling me to be patient and won't refund me my money. I have now read that there are hundreds of complaints about this company.. charges are under the name "Cinnamon", company name is Tonawanda network limited and website is Feelitnice... I have lost over $60 with this scamm...no customer service number because it not in service...please help

I placed an order with being gleefully on Dec 9th for $270..25. I used the PayPal option to pay for it since this was my first order with this company. My emailed receipt shows $270.25. PayPal debited my account for $310.79 under a company by the name of Yokawa Network Limited. I never received any shipping or tracking information and just realized the discrepancy in the price. Is there any way to dispute this? It is ridiculous and if PayPal does not refund me, I will slam them everywhere I can and will never use their services again.

I ordered a wolf mask with lighted eyes feature Dec. 28, 2020. The order confirmation did not match what was presented on the website. The price amount on the order confirmation did not match the amount taken from my debit card account. When disputing with Yokawa, their email claimed the item had already been shipped, however I never received a shipping confirmation per their website's claim of business process.

I ordered a wall clock. After 6 weeks I received a sticker with a picture of the clock. Now, the scammers say they will refund my money if I mail this ridiculous sticker back to China. It will cost $35 to mail it. The "clock" only cost $30. Not throwing more money away when I now know that this is not a legitimate business. I can't believe that PayPal continues to allow these crooks to do business on their platform!
