I have yet to receive my purchases. I want my money back. From PayPal because they allowed and except to sponsor the company. Yokawa Network Limited. And chances are they are a China affiliated company. I tried of getting ripped Off by these so called companies. PAY PAL. PAY UP!

I was scammed by this company under 3 different names. Citrus, Yokawa and the FB ad for the shop was Sunnyperfect.com

I called the Paypal Fraud line and explained my issue and the person I talked to said they would credit back my account in 3 days. I will wait to see if they make true on their word as I have filed complaints everywhere including my postal service that claimed it was delivered to my front door but i have a ring camera and our mail is delivered to a locker so i know it was just part of their ploy. anyway - try calling instead of filing a report on the PP website

Paypal indeed followed through and credited my account for the charges. I called them, did not file the report online. Anyone else having issues, please call. I also filed a fraud report with the US postal service to get them involved as well and hope to put a stop at customs from letting them ship anything to the US.

Post this scammer on FB, instagram or anyother place that posts these items for sale.

This COMPANY IS A SCAM! BEWARE! Product was confirmed delivery from YUN EXPRESS and stated delivery accepted at the USPS destination. Post Office has no record of this company's shipment or delivery. I ordered Halloween Sound Activated Pumpkins from Rewards alluring in October 2020. Out $77 and paid through Paypal.

I purchased an order thru this company yokawa and never got my order I played through pay pal they say they r looking in yo it I just want money back it is a scam if pay pal can not help me I guess ill call the better business I placed my order in November my order should have came already i have not even gotten a tracking number in my email yet there is no phone number or email for them either

I ordered a sthl battery operated tree/branch cutter. 4 months later I received a knife with a jaggered edge. I have to return this item to receive a refund. I told paypal I'm not paying the return for something I didnt order. PayPal closed the case and went in there favor. Now I dont get replies from either side. STAY AWAY FROM YOKAWA NETWORK LIMITED.

Ordered the cahmere leggings and did not receive them. The original company was "beinggleefully". Somehow it turned into Yokawa Network Limited. I selected to pay with credit card but then PayPal somehow got involved and charged my card the $29.98 plus another amount to make $41.38. If anyone has ever tried to deal with PayPal I am guessing you had the same experience that you are SOL. I can't even get to a point to make a claim or dispute. All these businesses need to be burned to the ground.

Do not buy anything from this Scam company.Like everybody else I ordered an item in good faith and all I received was a SD Card.Because I received this and it was tracked PayPal will not refund my money.They should not be allowed to continue trading as they are still selling or purporting to sell on line. What a con.I just feel sorry for those who have spent a lot more than me. They must be laughing all the way to the bank.

It is really scam ...never order from them..u will not receive the item... my experience with them is very bad...when i pay you highest price for a small item its your responsibility that i sign and receive the item... i have not received the item . i am going to give a very negative rating and feedback...on ur business in google and everywhere because i have not received the item. you are not taking any steps to resolve this either by sending it or refund. i am also making a case of complaining

On Sept 24, 2020 I paid $67.99USD Fluffy Blanket With Pillow Cover 3 Pieces Set（Free shipping��） - GREEN / TWIN . Instead they sent me a cheap, ugly red car seat cover, which went directly in the garbage, because that's exactly what it was. This was supposed to be an xmas gift for my daughter, but instead some Chinese scammer is enjoying my money. It's pretty sad because im a single mom and I work very hard to make money so that I can offer my daughter a better life, and it's a shame that people from China vibrate so low as to scam Canadians. Shame on you. China will get no more business from me.

Had the same done to me with 2 cameras, 2 SD cards , you only have to look on Paypals forum 21 pages of complaints same sort of things , Advertise on Facebook under Nicelyfeartures and other domain names. these platforms they advertise on know they are scams yet still allow them to carry on. No to settle the dispute I have to return the package to Yokawa in China at my own expense and time, before Paypal refunf me. something wrong: i have to send it back at my own expense and time for a thing I never ordered or wanted, Yet they can take your money without you seeing the purchase and it never gets sent. Ordered 2 dolls got a tracking number but the dolls were not delivered to me but tracking shows they were delivered because they sent a box to a different address in my state. I payed with paypal but from reading comments on here I imagine I will be out the money. Help?

i also ordered a doll - shows it was delivered to my front porch. i live in a community with lockers where our packages are to be delivered. Mail never comes until late in the day - this shows delivered at 1 PM on my front door. I have a ring camera and my daughter was home all day - nothing was recorded and nothing was delivered. I filed a complaint with the postal service to find out where this so called package was delivered and the address, as I plan to fight this via Facebook, Paypal, and the better business bureau.

I ordered 2 WiFi security cameras and received 2 micro sd cards. I emailed a complaint and they replied that I only ordered the SD cards when I have a confirmation email that they sent the cameras. I filed a complaint with the FTC and inadvertently put my phone number in the wrong box and am now receiving calls from throughout the US complaining about Yokawa Network.
