I received a phone call at 7:30 am from Andy Goldberg from the Publisher Clearing House saying that I had come in second place in the current contest and would receive $1.9 million dollars. He requested that I go to my bank and someone from the Clearing House would meet me there to give me the money. I was to withdraw $4,500 so they could verify my account. They would return the money to my account immediately.

I was requested to stay on the phone. I took my husband to the bank with me. Once we were at the bank, we decided that that this was a scam so hung up the phone and drove home.

I opened up my Facebook messenger. With a message stating I was randomly pick to receive $50,000,000 dollars from the Julie Leach foundation. They asked for my personal information which I would not give. Then I reported the page to Facebook fraud department.

Letter said I had WON $2,500,000.00 as the 2nd category of the USA Mega held on January 31st 2025. Letter included Wells Fargo check number 340208 from the WellsFargo Bank at 5401 Californis Avenue in Bakersfield. Amount was $4,500.00.

Letter stated I would be paid with a certified check delivered by their special courier company.

Smells like a scam!

I have been receiving messages from friends on Facebook asking me to contact a Department of Health and Human Services Agent named Richard David. They tell me they have received $50,000.00 and I should contact him for my prize money. I tell them I haven't entered any contest and where did they see my name. They say my name was on a list of winners. I do not believe my friends are sending these messages. I believe their site has been compromised and someone, somewhere is sending these messages. The last message I received after I questioned the validity of the contest and person actually sent a photo and site to contact them for my winnings. I have the message, but don't want to open it. Contacted by phone on Feb 10 saying they where PCH and i won a car and cash. I was told i wont nit have to pay to recieve my items. They emailed me a form to fill out . And on the form it was asking for money. And they have repeatedly call ever since..
