After getting the card I called the number listed. The receiver sounded foreign and was a female that took the claim number but told me to hold on but the call was lost. The second call was a male and I did the same thing and gave the claim number and he explained. That they needed a credit card number to receive the winnings. At this point it was suspicious and I told them it was out of place and hung up. The other side of the post card says savings for Walmart, target, and more. This scam is possibly targeting seniors as well

He stated I had won the PCH 3.5 million grand prize , a Chevy Tahoe High Country and 5k a week for life. He asked if I wanted this to be private or public. I told him public then he asked if I had a car which I denied. He stated a courier would bring the check but I had to pay a fee for government taxes of 928 usd. He gave me a confirmation code and a package number and when I told him that winning 3.5 mil would cost more than 928.usd in taxes the phone started cutting out so I hung up.
