I placed a order for beet root two weeks later a empty package came it was open and nothing inside it was marked by my post office received unsealed and empty.i contacted rosabella and they said send us pictures of the package and they would make it good. So I sent the pictures then they said send a copy of order I did then they said they had no order with my information and then they said they found a order with my information but it was never finished so I sent a copy of my credit card receipt showing the transaction for 67.98 then they said I must have got it through a third party the credit card clearly shows the money was paid to tryrosabella.com now they are ignoring me.

I tried the product. Then found out it was a reoccurring subscription. I was in Florida on vacation. They shipped another order there after I was gone. I cancelled in three different emails. They just sent another shipment there and took money from my account. They said sorry but the shipment was already sent. I want a refund as I never received the product.

I saw this ad on Facebook, and because I have a dear friend who takes beetroot supplements, I entered my own email address and a partial credit card number. I did NOT HIT THE ORDER BUTTON!!! These scammers charged my credit card $81.90, and I DID NOT AUTHORIZE IT. I am very angry about this devious business practice, and have read MANY complaints like mine in reviews. They had a massive recall earlier this year due to Salmonella...an extremely DRUG-RESISTANT strain!!! These products are, in my opinion, dangerous, and someone could end up not only being scammed out of money, they could get very ill and die. I do NOT want to be one of these people. They are also IMPOSSIBLE to contact. HOW they got my entire credit card info, I do not know.

Facebook ad for rosabella beetroot capsules stated "Buy 3 get 3 free for $11.99, but was charged $71.95, could not cancel, could not opt out, checkout continued without me able to stop it.

I ordered a promotional item from Rosabella that included a subscription, but I never set up an account. They had my name, email address, physical address and payment information. When I returned to the website to cancel my subscription, it said there wasn't one for my email address. Now, 2 months later I get charged for the next shipment. I finally found an email to contact their customer service and they said i have an active subscription. They sent me a link to their customer portal, but I never set up a username and password, so I still cant manage my subscription.

I tried to get someone to stop the order, but everything is done through email, there aren't any phone numbers listed, so they just didn't respond.

This company has continued to charge me for product every month even though i have emailed them multiple times to stop. They sent me one email saying they will no longer send priduct but continue to do so. They do not have a phone number listed either.

I have also canceled the credit card they used but even when i get a new card with a new number they still find a way to charge it.
