He is a winner of a mega million 273,000,000, giving back 30,000 in a U.S. raffle and I supposedly won by.my name being drawn out and this person is calling from somewhere in New York, and it sounds real because he is not getting totally any personal info on like any accounts, but everyday he is calling me, from either a blocked number or a private.. Other than the number up above that is listed, and im very exhausted by his ways of being pushy about me paying up front taxes, and my friends wanted to check to see what is really going on, and if I can get him for harrassing me everyday, he gets very upset if I mention scam so I needed some general advise on what to do. Pleaseand thank you...

My name is *** ***, I'm 84 years of age and I got a call from a David Oniski, stating it was my luck day. I'm the winner of a Half A Million Dollars, Mercedes, that was going to be delivered to my home. First, I have to $1755.00 to Maury Morris to 6655 Morris Street, Albany, NY 92208. Once I do that, the money is on it way to my door, with my car and the IRS will accompany my winnings. Then I ask him, Did he think I was born on a trurup truck yesterday? I knew that was a scam. He didn't even ask me my name or where did I live? He just went in to his speech. Just recently moved in with my daughter so, he doesn't have my address and I have a cell phone. How would he know where to even send any money to me.

But first I had to buy gift cards from Walmart and give him the numbers in order to claim my winning prize. I knew it was a scam and hung up.

They have asked for her social security number as well as bank account number. I have tried to convince her that had she won anything, they would not need that information and they would have already given it to her.
