Please CANCEL THIS ORDER IMMEDIATELY and issue a full refund of $161.38 to my original payment method, card ending in 4385.

I have now learned that this order/product is shipping from China. Had that information been clear to me before I placed the order, I would not have purchased it.

Your website presents the business as Olivia New York and provides the following U.S. company information:

I placed this order believing I was purchasing through a U.S.-based company. I do not want this merchandise shipped to me from China.

Please do not ship the order. I am requesting immediate cancellation and a full refund of $161.38 to my original payment method.

I bought 2 dresses from this website that portrayed itself to be based in USA. the address, telephone number, customer service was all mentioned to be based in USA. The product I ordered was not the quality shown in their photos on website. The sizes listed did not match to what I received, infact there was no size label or any other product label listed on the items. I measured and realized they are the small size as mentioned on their size chart. Before ordering I checked their return Policy, there was no mention any where on their website that I would have to make an international return to India. The Impression they gave was that their store was located in WY 82609, United States. I have since tried to email them but they are offering me 20% refund and to keep the item. I refused.
