I guess we all have been scammed, why does Paypal allow this thing to happen? And of course Paypal won’t even let us talk to a customer servicw anymore only through online and I am still waiting for their reply.

I was told, “NEVER order a product through FaceBook Ads,” but yet I did. Of course it was a scam. I ordered this neat little handheld chain saw from a FB ad for $29.95 plus shipping. About three weeks later I noticed a package in the mailbox. Opened it and found a nice little hack saw for confined spaces, worth about $3.00. I thought that somebody accidentally mailed an item to the wrong person, but the return address of, “Mary (no last name), 10450 Pioneer Blvd. Suite 4, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670” seemed a little odd. Then after few days I noticed that the tracking app (also a potential partner in the fraudulent scheme) said my order was delivered, curiously on the same day I got the hack saw. It took me about 90 seconds to realize I had been scammed. The ad’s website link is broken, if it ever existed. Calls to the various businesses located at the Cali address proved fruitless (at least I found a marijuana dispensary operating there!). Google was little help. My emails are somewhere in cyberspace, still waiting for delivery and a potential response. I simply don’t understand why high tech companies like FaceBook and PayPal allow companies like Shixi and Fe-reo.com to use their platform when there have been hundreds of consumer complaints. I’m still waiting on my bank to process a fraud claim. In the meantime, I will block every FB ad I see. And if I ever get a real person’s identity who might have been involved, they should remember that I handle visa applications from Chinese nationals. Good luck on ever seeing America you [censored] ! Buyers beware! I was just ripped off by this Company. Sent a bottle cutter with no blade and now they want me to pay shipping to China in order to get my $39 back. What a lie, deceit and fraud. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I saw a promotion on facebook for an electric brush.. cost 26$..

I have had the same thing happen with the spin scrubber. After waiting over a month, I received 3 brush heads. There is no handle even though there is a place for it on the brushes and it was shown in the ad.. How are you supposed to use it? Cannot find any way to contact the company which would probably be useless anyway judging from the other complaints I have seen on here about the same thing. Now out $26.94 through Pay Pal. I have filed a claim on paypal, you said the one table had been shipped, but the post office hasn't heard of it. There were 2 tables ordered. I really would like both tables since I have a great grandson who will need the other one soon. You asked me to take down my claim on paypal, and I don't know how to do that. SCAM SCAM SCAM! I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I watched a video on their website of this cute small train that came with dominoes & it rode around & scooped up all the dominoes & then rode around, placing them down so you could touch the first one & watch them fall in order. On August 13 2020, I ordered 2 trains & received 2 packages of these tiny junk plastic pieces that were supposed to be dominoes but NO TRAINS! I can only imagine how cheap the trains to these dominoes must be! Still waiting on the trains but not holding my breath. I also ordered 3 boxes of plastic pom pom makers with this order & received 3 mangled boxes of really cheap pom pom makers that were just pisser-offers for myself & my granddaughters. My bill totaled $70 & I will NEVER EVER order anything from here AGAIN! Please believe us when we all are 1warning you that this company is a scam.

i purchasers Splatter shied on 9/8/2020. I tried to cancel the order after 9 minutes of purchasers it, but the seller told me that item was already shipped.(can you believed)
When I received the item, it has damage on. the quality of the item is very poor which is so different from the Ad. I contacted the seller and sent the pictures of the damage to the item, I also told seller I wanted to return it, but seller only offered a 10% refund. then I through the Paypal to contact seller. Finally the seller agree to give me full refund after they recive returen item. but I have to send more than $15 send the item to China. I think this is a shell game, I will never get my money back.

Sep.17 I purchased a 24V cordless wood cutter, on Oct. 8 after 3 weeks from the order I received a small hand held saw you can buy it at dollar store, the peruse is just to obtain delivery confirmation and to prove that been delivered to my address, very slick not honest business.

Been dealing with this issue. I ordered a child gate and this rechargeable Stihl pruner. Sent a piece of crap mesh and plastic in a plastic bag/ envelope with a chain. Paypal closed case without contacting me. I complained, they reopened. Now yesterday I get notice from them that shixi will issue full refund if I ship back to China. What a crock of crap! I spent almost $50 on the items, I think it will cost more than that to ship:(
