we ordered 6 Quick Makeup Bags that were supposed to be for christmas presents for my granddaughters.Tha order number is XRZCN1120201374YQ and the transaction ID is OGK142825E941793. As of this date 12/31/2021 we have not received the order and there has been no shipping communications since we ordered on 11/30/2021. Ordered two wreathes that were not as advertised on their site - small, plastic, and mass produced. They were advertised as handmade the the pictures were at least 5 times the size of these plastic pieces of trash. Shixi is not providing a return address to return these cheap, plastic wreathes. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered 2 wreaths in September the pictures were of beautiful full large holiday wreaths when the finally arrived in November they are the cheapest things I have ever seen I paid $79 a total scam . How can these companies keep getting their scams online acting as if they are US companies when their crap comes from China!

I have ordered from this company recently and I ordered "Skinners" shoes and I received "footy" socks instead. I have contacted the company multiple times and when they respond they blame it on the supplier and offer a 10% refund. I found them on Instagram so buyer beware!

I guess I am not going to get the needle threaders. I will have to wait until the grandchildren are visiting me to thread multiple needles for me. Purchased them back in early July and still haven't gotten them. Tried to contact them but no such luck. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ASIA ON FACEBOOK. YOU CAN THROW YOUR MONEY OUT OF YOUR WINDOWS AND HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF GETTING IT BACK

First of all the links that are on my Paypal receipt do not work...the only info that I have is my Paypal receipt so I can not get in touch with the seller...I bought a curling iron which was supposed to have several heating options the one they sent is only on and off and the box is all in Chinese...the payment went through Paypal to my credit card...any Paypal info you need please let me know...I have researched this company to find out they are a scam...

I order a curling iron that was supposed to have several heating options the one I was sent has no heating option at all just goes on or off...the product was not as described the links that are on PayPal's invoice don't work and everything on the box is in Chinese ...I had no idea this was coming from China until now...I want a refund I'm going to try Paypal but from what I have read it doesn't look good...buyer beware!

They are a SCAM. I ordered 2 wreaths on 8/30/21. I finally received my so called
"wreaths" on 9/6/21. THEY ARE TERRIBLE! NOTHING, (and I mean NOTHING) like the images they put on their website. I have not been able to reach them to return these things. I payed thru Paypal and I am in the beginning process, trying to get my money back. This is a total
"BAIT AND SWITCH" sell. AWFUL and FRUSTRATING! This company has to be stopped!

Purchased 2 beautiful wreaths for $35 each. Just received small cheap plastic wreaths a little larger than my hand and totally unlike what I ordered. The website was taken down shortly after I placed my order. PayPal dismissed my case when Shixi Network Technology Co., Ltd. submitted shipping documentation. Shixi Network Technology Co., Ltd. is a scam operation and needs to be shut down!

I ordered sandals that were suppose to provide "excellent arch support". Ordered 2 pair at $40 each and paid through Pay Pal. When I did receive the sandals they were not anything like they advertised and I went through Pay Pal to file a complaint due to the fact I had no way to reach them.

The sandals I receive are not anything as they were described, "Arch Support" was. in the advertisement. These are hard sole flat heeled. Hard to walk In. I cannot get any information to request a refund or return

These sandals were advertised as "Arch Support" There is absolutely no arch support and they are the most uncomfortable sandals I have ever tried. I request a full refund

Dear customer, Very sorry for the all trouble. We checked the all details with our suppler, we feel so angry, we also are cheated by supplier, we feel so sorry. But this is our fault, we didn't check clearly before we purchase, we'll ask the supplier to improve our instruction, could you pls give us a chance to solve this thing? I'm out $69+ also. Went to pay pal and from what I see they have not been able to resolve issue issues with this vendor. You would think they would block them.
