I am trying to return a useless product that is supposed to help grow plantings...I was given an address in c hinese to return to...uhhh...that wont work for me...
they wont issue a refund until the item is returned...seems to me I have fallen for a scam

I ordered a Teflon type egg poacher or burger cooker, & it hasn’t arrived. Looks like it’s a typical Chinese rip off eh.There is no email address when I google the companys’ name. The website they gave on the order confirmation doesn’t exist. I have all the relevant information ready to email the company.

If I was you I would stop the charge to your account. Item will never arrive...I just experienced it. It is too long that the item is on his way. Shixi provided me a tracking number, but item never arrived to be shipped. I just stopped the charge to my account.
Warning to all consumer, do not get fooled by these low life chinese co. They use PayPal service because they think the could get away with murder. My first order I was supposed to get a moving tool set of 5 pieces. I have received just one piece. I stopped the charge as well.

August 18, 20 I ordered a deluxe shredder as a gift for my nephew that has started Law School. Much to my surprise when I received this Dollar Store quality hand held piece of metal I could do nothing but laugh! In no way shape or form does this resemble the product that was on the ad on Facebook. I have started the PayPal process, I’m in stage two of the process. I have also attached photos of what I thought I was receiving and what actually came in the mail. They should be shut down. I’ve tried 7 times to add my photos and it keeps saying system error. I tried.

This company is a big rip off. I ordered two under the counter food dispensers for $39.96 What I received was two small plastic containers that could have easily been purchased at the Dollar store for less than $5 for the two of them. I have corresponded several times, and they keep telling me I didn't order the food dispenser. I have the invoice to prove what I have ordered.

This company is fraudulent and facebook should never use their advertising.

Don't trust this company anymore through Facebook.

This seller is NOT honest, the promotion commercial video has been showing a 3-Axis handheld selfie stick for CAD$20.00, but when the order page shown a different option to hide at the bottom as an "upgrade" version for a much higher price. I have complaint more than 5 times to come across different customer representatives who kept on repeating what they want to just give $10 coupon for me to shop again for their product.

Now, most of the links to the products had been disappeared or NOT be able to get access anymore into their website.

These are three-(3) main reasons for me to get full refund as follows:

1. The commercial and the website has been misleading to the customer in the first place to show video and the price which does NOT reflect the reality of the product.

2. The product (which is NOT even what I ordered), so called “3-Axis handheld selfie stick” is malfunctional, which could NOT even stand.

3. The compensation by given me $10 coupon for shopping is NOT justified because the detective product is NOT even worth for me to pay even more than half of the price I paid a month ago.

I have CC'ed emailed to Paypal but heard NO response until few weeks, Paypal needs me to mail back the items to China for full refund, but shipping would be on myself.

I would NOT buy any items from facebook by paypal anymore, I would rather go for Amazon.

I think PayPal is working with these scammers. I have received the same answer by Customer Service that it would cost me $25.00 dollars to send the item back to China. Well I thought I was buying from an American company is the one advertising in Facebook and it is not my fault to receive the incomplete set. I was supposed to get 5 pieces I only received 1 piece. Called my bank to stop the charge.

I ordered three holders for utensils in the kitchen. After about five weeks i got the package but there where only two. I sent an email about it but no respons. After two weeks i contacted paypal and now I will be payed the amount for the missing one. In the answer on the complaint through paypal they wrote dont give us bad report. But i will not buy from them again. And I advise others to not to do it either.

I ordered a wall mounted dry food dispenser off a FaceBook ad on Aug 6, 2020 and paid $26.97 via PayPal. I never received the item I ordered. Instead, on or around Sept. 9th I received a small plastic canister which in no way resembles what I ordered. Today, after getting my Aug statement from PayPal, I finally see there are numerous previous complaints about Shixi Network Technologies Co, Ltd. All three companies are at fault -- FaceBook for placing the ad, PayPal for continuing to support the fraud being perpetrated against innocent people like me, and Shixi Technologies for the fraudulent practices of charging people good money for items they never receive.

I ordered an Ergonomic design-Adjustable phone stand on April 4, 2020. It shows it was shipped on April 8, 2020 by China_Post. The order #s ************* and the transaction ID was *****************. The seller information says Shixi Network Technology Co, Ltd and the website shows https://www.fo-reo.com. I have never received the product but they took the payment from my Capital One account. I believe this company is fraudulant. I want my money back. Today is May 29, 2000.
