I purchased a oil strainer and a catch can but only received the strainer. They charged me US 22.94 and the strainer was only worth $5 AUD. Lodged a complaint with Pay Pal and they have offered a full refund only if I send them back the item. What a joke this company is and in the end I am going to be out of pocket anyway. Bloody Scammers and will certainly not deal with them ever again. Beware when buying of Facebook as there are scammers around? Arthur Webb

I order 4 pairs of Christmas cloves for my kids and I with total of USA $56.95. They said will arrived in a week when I purchased on their website through FB in Nov-17 and they never arrived. I email to contact them and they never get back to me. I just realized that the only email I got from them is from PayPal receipt with my order detail. Otherwise I didn’t get any email from them. This is a scam. Lesson for me never order anything on FB! FB allow criminals use their site to steal people money!

I ordered 2 sushi kits and they never arrived. They would not respond to my inquiries nor would they refund. This is a scam and they are criminals. Do not purchase anything from them. They advertise on social media and make their products look legitimate. Unbelievable what type of criminal activity people will conduct, especially during these hard times and during the holidays. They should pay the consequences for their criminal activity.

Ordered LED Candles from these crooks, supposedly to look like pic #1 - attached. In white and blue colors. Product that they sent me looks NOTHING like the pictures that were advertised. Pictures #2, and #3 - is what I received, and all 4 - red color. These scam artists don't even have it on their website anymore, and the order link is broken. I just want to return this cheap junk and get my money back, contacted them - no response. Hopefully PayPal will step in, I filed Case. There's no way I should be paying $59.95 for a candle that looks like that. Embarrassing. Someone needs to stop these rats.

This company will scam you. Ordered 24V Wood Cutting Machine 49%off+ - Cutting Machine 3 months ago, finally got them. Tracking info is terrible and the company does not respond in reasonable time frame. They sent the wrong item (Finder small hand saw with 250mm blade), with damaged blade, now it will cost me $30 to send them back ?!? They did not offer any other compensation, or return label.
Buyers beware! I was just ripped off by this Company. I agreed for 100% with PayPal Community Help Forums! This company ripped off too many buyers, and somehow with dispute on Resolution Center they always get away from returning the wrong item and refund. Anyone can read all claims and comments on PayPal Community Help Forums about this fraud company:

I ordered a broom and dustpan set, about 6 weeks later I ordered a broom and dustpan but nothing like the item that I purchase or how they advertised their product. They did reply to my emails at first by offering a 10% refund and keeping the product, but the product was damaged AND not what I ordered. Then they said 20% and I rejected that. Then they told me that I could myself pay to return the product and after they receive it they will refund my money less all the shipping that I paid. I do not trust them at all and will not be paying to send it back. Last response from them was over 3 weeks ago. Total FRAUD. Now myself and all of these other people are out their money and there is no way to reach them. Their site links from my order emails don't even work anymore.
