Phone call asking me if this (my name)? Unfortunately, I said yes before thinking then she asked if I still owned (my home address) I was mad then and told her I didn't know how she got my # but to never call me again and I hung up. Worried now that she can use my "yes" answer to defraud.

Received a text message about a statement being sent to my father. I Called to confirm it wasn't my bank statements being sent to him but instead they said they were a law firm. I did say that I knew him but not that I was related. By answering if I knew him I gave them the answer "yes" I am afraid information has already been stolen if they know that I know my dad.
