Got a call from this number and accidentally said yes. I thought it was one of my companies employees calling. That’s the only reason I answered it. Now I’m afraid I might get scammed.

I qualified this as phising.
Some presumeably prerecorded message formulated as a question is played when answering the phone. The number calling me is +1 (617) 982-1390. The question was "Is this "? Living in Denmark this call from USA stroke me as somewhat odd so I answered "ehh .. yes, who you are you?". Then the machine hangs up immediately.

I have this type of call a couple of times. It is pretty annoying because it happens real late in the evening. Are the scammers just [censored] dumb or something?
My next first reply will be "State your name and purpose!" is I get it again.
