i bought an item through Softr website coming from Funplush brand back in July of this year. i paid with my debit card and received the item. A month later they tried to use my information thru my debit card to scam me out of my money. The bank alerted me of the scam situation and put a stop to it. The following month of Sept. they tried to scam me again through my bank but again I was alerted, and the bank put a stop to it. I am disgusted that a company that I bought an item thru them would do this to their customers, so please go after the company Softr, for scamming other people who might have experience the same as well.

Online Retailer Scam

Ordered a plush “Stitch” item 7/20/25. Never received it. No update to tracking provided since 8/4/25. No one responds to emails or tickets submitted through website asking for a refund or update. Also received various fraudulent charges of $39 from their website affiliates for a “subscription” I never agreed to.

Online Retailer Scam

They were selling breathable Stich dolls. So I purchased one and paid the $19.98. They said 7 to 20 business days to receive product. A few days later my bank notifies me of a fraudualant charge that they were trying to put through. It was this company using the name of Plushhaus in Miami Florida trying to get $39.98 out of my account. I read from others that this company uses different names and states each month to withdraw the $39.98 out of your account, saying it is for joining VIP. But you don't get anything for it. I should have bought the doll at Walmart and not buy on line, learned my lesson never again! Buyer beware, stay away from SOFTR. Never received my item, never had my 5 emails answered.
