I ordered a free sample of this skin care product the beginning of Dec., 2017. It was advertised on OZ, and Rachel Ray. Thought it was legit, and there was not fine print explaining anything other than a free sample. I was charged shipping and handling for this. Received the product, which was average, and I thought that was the end of it. Two weeks later I was charged $88.47, and $89.95 plus shipping for more product, which I did not order, and did not receive. I was out of state for the holidays and did not check my acct. Yesterday, I was charged another $88.47, and $89.95 for product. Since it is also on Amazon, I called the number, and they said I did not read the fine print stating they would ship every two weeks. I know scams, and there was not fine print for continuous charging and shipping. Also, I have not seen any product since the original "free sample", which I would never reorder. They have changed their labeling and trying to draw in other customers for this scam. They need to be stopped. And I want my $ back! I have been charged $361.71 for this product, outside of the free sample. Please look into this, as I have seen many complaints > 100 online. Amazon still sells this too, but the labeling has changed. I notified them as well.

On Dec. 6 I ordered 2 sample cosmetics from Radiant Revive, paying only for s/h ($9.85). I could not find terms on the site but counted on receiving an informational confirmation on my email. I figured I would have at least a couple of weeks after delivery to assess results. Once I had already confirmed the purchase I went to my email for details. There was nothing. Then I received my Dec. 21 credit card statement and discovered that on Dec. 20 Radiant Revive had charged my card with an additional $178.42. Further, they had added onto my original order an extra $2.49. I phoned and was given an explanation, an explanation so convoluted that the woman had to repeat it a couple of times. The company uses this ploy: if the buyer does not phone and cancel any future shipments within 14 days of the original order date, then that customer will be sent more cosmetics and also will now have to pay full price for the “samples.” Further, the additional $2.49 was for something that I would never have ordered. I can’t imagine where that was on the site. After 5 to 6 phone calls between a company rep and me I was to be credited back the $2.49 and 50% of the $178.42—not at all acceptable. Hours later, emails confirm only that $76.58 has been credited back to my account, not the promised $91.70. While conversing initially with the rep, I was told I hadn’t read the terms. I have gone back to the site and searched for the location of these specific terms. Only after going through three windows of false leads, and only because I knew the words that had to be there, I finally found the phrases telling about this bizarre business practice. I want this complaint on record so that others may be warned that Radiant Revive is counting on potential buyers not knowing they must drill way down to find essential information. It would seem a mystery as to why a company would want to impose a $178 penalty on the consumer who might buy more and let the person with no intentions of continuing the relationship pay nothing. I believe it is because they made over $100 from me for a product that no doubt cost them next to nothing. Factor in the computer ads and the shipping and there is still a lovely profit. Then multiply this profit by many thousands and I begin to understand their thinking.

Thank you for your consideration.

This company claims to sale product for $4.95, then bills your credit card $89.95 monthly and claims that you agreed to the contract. They will not refund your money or take the product back.

Buyer Beware!

The free trial offers from Radiant Revive asking you to only pay shipping (under $5 per product) are highly deceptive. In the Terms, which you are not required to accept and would have to search for, it is stated you have a certain number of days to cancel your membership or you will be charged the full price of the product (just under $90 per product). If you request a refund after the time has passed, customer service will refuse a refund, citing the Terms you never saw. When I stated that I would be reporting the charges to my credit card company and BBB, I was offered a 35% refund.

- Minneapolis, MN, USA

These people at this company are scam artists. I initially ordered a "free trial" of skin care cream and eye cream. The trial offer was supposed to be about $5 for each product. They never gave me any agreement (at least clearly) that not only was I going to pay $90 a piece for each item if I didn't contact them back within a certain time frame, but all of a sudden I got put into their system to receive each product every month at full price. My assumption was that I was trying this product out for $5 a piece. Never would I have accepted the terms and conditions. CONSUMER BEWARE. I can't imagine the number of complaints their customer service department is fielding. They are extremely rude and defensive. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. Plus the products are worthless.

- Saint George, UT, USA

I ordered a trial of Radiant Revive online from an ad on Facebook. Thought it was worth a try for just $5.00 shipping. When I tried to cancel they told me in their terms & conditions I would have had to cancel within 14 days and they would not let me return the product. They sent another 2 face creams and would not refund or let me return them. When I made this order, the only thing it asked was if I was over 18. There were no "terms and conditions" by that question. Every other question that was marked, I unchecked. Somehow they masked the terms & conditions or automatically checked it when I made the "trial" order, in which I paid approximately $5.00 in shipping for an eye & face cream that was supposed to be this great discovery. Then I am charged $89.95 & 88.47! The product doesn't even work! When I called to cancel, they would not return the product! They only kept offering a discount up to 55% on future product! Oh my gosh! I couldn't believe it. Beware!!! What legit business won't return something that doesn't work or is not satisfactory to the customer? It doesn't even moisturize! It's bunk product not even worth the $5.00 shipping which I had to pay twice because they sent it in separate boxes! When you receive their packing slip or any of their emails, there is NO INFORMATION on anything, where to reach them or website! Only the return email address. Scam company, scam product!!! Watch out! They ended up refunding 30.00 but would not give me the full refund or allow me to return the product! I had to go to a supervisor to get that!!! They still took me for $116.66 in the end. Do not buy this product! They may be a legal business but they are scamming the public with a product that doesn't work and hidden terms & conditions!

- Hanover, MA, USA

This company offered 2 moisturizers for $4.95 each as a free trial. There are no details stating that 2 charges would be made for over $80 each after a 2 week time period as the extremely rude customer service rep stated when I just hung up the phone with her. I called today after I discovered my account was overdrawn with several attempts being made for 3 days. They are scamming people on what they are signing up for. I am 70 years old and on a very fixed income... I would never have signed up to purchase 2 moisturizers that cost more than my monthly food bill. Shame on me for falling for it but shame on them for providing the worst service I have ever had in my life. The woman representing them refused to let me speak to a manager and basically was a bully and a thug. I had to have my daughter be on the phone with me to make sure I understood what and why this was happening to me. I had to file a fraud complaint with my bank and cancel my account so I don't keep getting overdraft charges. Merry Christmas

Please do not purchase this product and warn everyone you know.

Any reputable company would appologize for your disatifaction and issue a refund, instead they had a debt collector mentality. Not sure how they sleep at night.

- Wayne, PA, USA

I ordered this product on Facebook. Radiant Revive sent trial face cream for $4.95. Two weeks later Nov.16, 2017 they charged my debit card $89.95 and again on Dec.2nd, 2017 they charged my debit card $89.95 and sent no product.

The product doesn’t work. There are many people that this has happened to.

On the order page on Facebook, there are symbols for the Federal Trade Commission, the ScamPulse.com, 100% Guaranteed, etc. However, there is no way to contact this company on Facebook. My bank found the phone number and their website. I called them and they refuse the refund my money. When you call, you can hear the other people on the phone that work there saying the same thing, “ we will not refund your money, we don’t accept returns, etc.”.

- Lakeland, FL, USA

I ordered a cosmetic trial product that said all I would be only paying for shipping and handling. I received the product then noticed a write up in the press about a scam. people being charged high cost for hidden charges. I went back on their site and told them Not to send me anything, I have now received a charge for $89.00. I have not requested or received anything for $89.00. I have contacted the company and my bank to try to get my money back. I will pay for what I said I would but not something I never asked for or received.

Saw product on Rachel Ray show. Went to website as show indicated, to get free sample, as show stated. I read every single thing on website. Placed order for SAMPLE ONLY. Paid $12.34 for sample, with charge for shipping. NEVER ONCE DID THE WEBSITE SAY ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE SAMPLE WOULD BE COMING. I read the site METICULOUSLY !!!! Then the product started showing up at my door without my authorization. Contacted the tel # on the website. Told I did not cancel continuous shipping, that they'd give me 1/2 off, and would cancel with this phone call !!!!!!!!! Again, I reiterated, I did NOT authorize continuous shipping, etc. etc. They told me to deal with my credit card company and nothing they could do !!!!!!!! Today, Monday, Nov 20, 2017, I contacted Rachel Ray show to give them the info. They are passing it on to their legal team. Found website, www.ripoffreport.com, with others dealing with the same fraud !!!! Would love to file a class action lawsuit against these people. Now I have to fight my credit card company, to ensure this bill gets voided out, so my EXCELLENT CREDIT DOES NOT GET RUINED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Question below asks if I've lost $$$$...............NOT YET, AND I HAVE TO FIGHT THE FIGHT TO DEAL WITH THIS SCUMMY BEHAVIOR !!!!!!!!!!!!

I fell for this scam: receive 2 skin products free, just pay shipping - from an ad on Facebook. 2 weeks later, when I received my credit card bill, there was a charge from Radiant Revive for $89.95.

Since I had not signed up for additional product, I called the company to cancel the order. They insisted that I had signed up for auto-shipping - no! - and that this was actually payment for the 'free' samples I had received. And, that first charge of $89.95 was only for one of the two products and there would be another bill for the second one for approximately the same price.

When I told the person on the phone to cancel the order and that I wanted a refund, she was willing to cancel further shipments, but only offered a 35% discount on the original bills. I took it - not sure I should have - but I will not be happy until my entire charges have been removed.

At one point, she pointed out that they had already charged my card, so that was that, as far as they are concerned. She also insisted that they were a partner with BBB, although I haven't been able to confirm that.

Online advertisement: Free trial of face cream and eye ointment, just pay the shipping. Then 3 charges hit my bank; $4.95, $4.90, 2.49. That was 10/30/2017.

11/10/2017 My bank was hit with a charge of $89.95. 11/11/2017 bank was hit with $ 88.47 charge.

All they would do was offer to cancel and refund 50%.

I ordered the Radiant Revive online as a result of an internet advertisement. I was charged three separate shipment charges for a trial product. However, I received 1 shipment package of both trial items. Within 4 days of receiving the product (which do not contain an official invoice or company name/telephone #), I noticed the additional charges on my online bank statement. When calling to question the additional charges, I was told that the additional charges was a promotional charge for their awards program. I informed them that I was not aware of an awards program and did not approve to become a member. I was then offered additional promotional products. I informed them again, that I was not interested in additional products and did not appreciate the additional charges. I was then informed that within 14 days of purchase I would occur additional charges for the full product price, and the charges would continue every month thereafter. I informed them that that was deceptive, as the advertisement does not specify a rewards programs or an automatic additional monthly charge. Fortunately, I called within 4 days of receiving the package and therefore, was able to cancel any subscriptions or future automatic payments that I was signed up for - unaware. Unfortunately, they would not reverse the additional charges that were applied. This is a scam! I haven't tried the product yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't work.

I was using some link trying to order a promotional product from Macy's and somehow ended up paying only for the shipment less than $10. I got by mail two pieces of some cosmetic products. Two weeks later they withdrew almost $200 at the same day from my bank account. When I called them and asked to cancel they said they will cancel the future payments from my account but they won't refund the money they withdrew.
