I ordered 2 birth certificates from what I thought was Nebraska’s vital records on June 29th and just found out yesterday that the state vital records department never received a request from me so I tried to find the original website and found out it’s possible fraudulent transaction. I’ll be taking it up with my bank next week. They took $47.

I thought I was ordering a birth certificate from the State of Texas for my daughter. That was on June 30, 2020. I never received it. So I checked out my bank account today and it turns out it was Badalona ES, not The State of Texas. They charged me $48.00.
This is a total scam and apparently they just stole from me.

I applied online on this supposedly company for my ex wife death certificate I got charged 47 us dollar I suppose to get an email from them witch never happen I sent multiple emails and never get a response I would like to get help to get this low life people off the internet and make them pay for stealing from regular people like me and who ever else got scammed for this [censored]

06/18/2020 $47.00 was debit of my Master for a birth certificate.
On 06/20/2020 another $47.00 dollars was taken of my schoolsfirstfederalCreditunion debit card. I did it for the 2nd time because I thought I didn't it wrong, now I find out that this website is a scam. I want my money back because I have my son birth certificate now. !

Thank you for reminding me about the BBB because I got scam 2x $47 on 6/18 & 6/20/2020 total of $94 and I file with my bank they said it will take 3 months for to investigate the problem mine was for my son's to get his ID in another state so he could get his unemployment. On May 23, 2020 I requested a copy of my Birth Certificate in the State of Texas and thought I paid through Vital Records until I got my card statement and it says Vital Records of Badalona for $47. Who the heck are they? I know I will never get my money back nor do I have a Birth Certificate. I tried the site again to see if I did it wrong and I didn't it took me back to them. I should have paid attention. Lesson bought lesson learned they say.

On 4/30 I requested a copy of my wife's death certificate and was charged $40 +$1.20 foreign exchange fee.
My bank called me to ask if I had ordered it and I told them that I had, however I thought they were asking about the certificate that I was getting from Glynn County Georgia Department of Public Health.

This company pays google to have their website pop up on the top of the list when you search for 'birth certificate' and your state. They make it appear that you are ordering a birth certificate, but in fact what you are paying for is for them to fill out a free PDF with the information that you provide. You still have to mail the PDF to your state birth certificate office. In fine print at the bottom of their webpage, they state: "Legal Disclaimer: O.V.U.S. (Onlinevitalus) is a privately owned website that is not affiliated, owned or operated by the U.S. Government or any government agency. O.V.U.S. is an independent company that provides customers an easy form so that they can prepare their applications before the corresponding Health Department state office. As well, we do offer assistance services. All these services are available from $29. Speed up the process of filling in the application forms and save time just going once to the Health Department to complete the necessary state requirements in order to have your certificate. If you are looking for blank forms, you can get them for free at the relevant state offices. By paying and using our private services you confirm that you acknowledge the above statements." ordered birth certificate online on jan 22 2020. it is now march 9th. i googled the website and online tells me it is a scam. i gave them my info and debit card details. they charged me and never sent the certificate. there is no contact number or any way to get ahold of anyone with this company.

I wanted to get a certified copy of my birth certificate to apply for a RealID. I searched for how to do this. The top hit was this website. They appeared to be part of US government and requested a LOT of personal information that would be required to get a copy of my birth certificate. Then they charged me $47 and I thought I’d receive my certificate in the mail in a couple of weeks. However, once they received my payment they informed me that I needed to go to my home state’s website and complete the form and pay the required fee to receive my birth certificate. So, for $47 they received a LOT of personal information and I received a link to my home state’s website. I most concerned about my personal information. I requested a refund and asked that all personal information be expunged from their records. Not sure what that will do.

I needed to get a copy of my son's birth certificate so I went online and type in birth certificate for Maryland and was brought to this site. I was naive and didn't realize until I finished the process that I was scammed out of $47. I talked to a friend and said you only need to go the department of vital records and only needed to pay $10 per certificate. I don't think I'll get my money back but, I wanted you to know this is a scam. No matter how I typed in a search for vital records for Maryland it brought me to this site each time.
