I ordered a birth certificate out of Nebraska,US Feb 04,2021 from what appeared a legit site. I was charged $47 , but never received the birth certificate AND charged a .94 cent foreign transaction fee. SCAM. I’ve talked to the bank, which we have a fraud alert with and no response from them. I also talked to the credit fraud and the first lady wasn’t knowledgeable about her job, so I had to call a different number. We had to get new cards and e hassle of waiting and notifying auto pay.

I paid $47 by credit card on October 29, 2020 and received a printed form to mail to State.
Sent as directed. State says it recieved form I sent but has no way to accept on-line payments.
No payment - no certificate. Must now send a check to cover cost of obtaining certificate.
