Ordered a certified copy of my Texas Birth Certificate, expedited from this company in the amount of $134.00 on or about May 16, 2022 I paid for this transaction via bank credit card. I find now I did not get even a confirmation from them. I just received a email stating my order was completed and that they would send my vital record to my home. I can not find a phone number or any other way to contact them about my order. Now I see so many others have experienced this same fate. I have reported this scam to my bank. Is there any other way I can recover my $134.00 from this company?

I order a death certifate on my husband on 4-28-2022 was charged 45.00 still havent gotten have the vital record dep in phoenix AZ no proof I just want my money back need the death cert. so I can renew my drivers licsence and for state reason return my money havent seen a phone number so I can contact them big time rip off artists

This company is a scam! They have people under the impression that they can use their credit card to purchase a birth certificate online. They cannot. Please do not pay for birth certificate from this company. You must go to the Dept. of Vital Statistics which is a government agency.

Based on status of this acct it is fraud and people are being bilked out of there money. I have reported this to my bank and to the local police.. Never received a certified copy of death certificate

This company has not sent me the certificate and charged me 49.00 for it. There is no telephone number to call the company. I reported this amount to my bank and my bank Chase reversed the charge. The company has issued receipts saying they provided me my order to my bank and I was charged 49.00 for nothing. They never sent anything. They bank can’t issue me a refund.

I ordered a birth certificate on October 21 and they charged me $49 and I never heard back. I called the TRUE Vital statistics in Richmond Va and they told me this was a scammer. So I’ve reported them and they will sooner or later get caught. Hope they go to jail! Put the word out there everyone so they will be found. Can’t hide forever. !

Oct 13 2021 ordered 2 birth certificates fir my mom that came out to be $47 and it didn’t show that cost until we submitted the application. It was supposed to be $12.50 for each copy .on her statement they took out $49 never got the birth certificates..
