I paid for a birth certificate on Sept 17th, 2020. They took money out of my account and haven't received my birth certificate yet. It cost $47.00 and it was charged under my account to ONLINE VITAL US BADALONA ESP. I don't know how this site got involved.

We ordered a copy of my birth certificate on Sept. 2,2020 and never received anything. It was paid for by credit card. Are we able to get reimbursed some how? I have no ID and because of the virus it has been almost impossible to get into DMV who is not taking appointments at this time and where I live the offices are closed anyway because of remodeling. Why is this web site even on line if it is known that it is a scam. I am at retirement age and do not have the income to just lose money like this. I trusted Google to list web sites that I could trust. I am really disappointed to see that the web site is still taking money from more people.can someone tell me how I can get back the money spent to get my birth certificate that I paid for.

In June 2020 I ordered a birth certificate from what I believed to be a reliable source. In checking my bank statement I saw the name of Badalona Es then checked online to see if it was a scam. It was. This is terrible - they now have my grandson's information and my money!

I was lead to beleive that I was getting a certified copy of my dads birth certificate from vital records only to find out that the $47 they charged me doesn't pay for the birth certificate You have to pay an additional $26 to vital records. I found out this price doesnt pay for the birth certificate when I received an email from them showing the next step of what I needed to do to receive it Then when I looked at my bank account I found out that they charged me an additional $ .38
There email said to call a number if there were any corrections that needed to be made to the form and when I called it the person I talked to did work at vital records He told me that wasn't the proceedure the use that you have to fill out the application yourself. So this place charged me $47 for nothing more than to fill out a form I could have filled out and printed myself, then another $ .38.
My dad is in a nursing home and most of his money is used to cover those experiences. I only receive disability pay which isn't very much. Neither one of use can afford to be ripped off ny a place like this.

I placed an online order with Vital Records on August 12,2020,for a birth certificate, for $47. never recieved any e-mails, has been over a month,nothing, I contacted Vital Check thru Frankfort,Ky. they said this was a online scam.I have screen shots of the order,also the order ID is CNIKQ09T.
