I placed an order I have still not received. The email address returns my attempts to contact the seller as undeliverable

I SUBMITTED TWO ORDERS OF USED CELL PHONES. FOR A AND ESTIMATED TOTAL OF $500.00 TO $600.00! THIS WAS AN ESTIMATED AMOUNT BASED ON QUESTIONS ON THE WEBSITE REGUARDING THE CONDITION OF THE SUBMITTED CELL PHONES. IT WAS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE COMPANY WOULD DO THEIR OWN EVALUATION AND THEN MAKE AN OFFER.

IT WAS ALSO UNDERSTOOD THAT I WAS UNDER NO OPLIGATION TO ACCEPT THE OFFER AND THE COMPANY WOULD RETURN THE EQUIPMENT POST PAID.

I SUBMITTED PACKAGES OF EQUIPMENT, ONE ON 12/9/22 AND THE SECOND ON 12/12/22! i HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM SINCE.

I SENT BOTH PACKAGES THROUGH USPS AND HAVE MY RECIEPTS ALONG THE TRACKING HISTORY THAT SHOW THAT THEY WERE DELIVERED ON 12/12/22 AND 12/16/22.

THE COMPANY ADVERTISES THAT THEY PAY THE HIGHEST PAYOUTS AND PAY 100% OF THE QUOTED AMOUNT AND I WAS UNDER NO OPLIGATION TO ACCEPT THE OFFER AND IF IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, THEY WILL RETURN MY PROPERTY POST PAID. THEY ALSO CLAIM THEY WILL SEND THE PAYMENT USUALLY ON THE SAME DAY IR IS RECIEVED.

AT THIS TIME i HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANYTHING FROM THEM NO PAYMENT NO OFFER NO RETURN AND NO RESPONCE TO MY EMAILS!

Said he, TERRY wanted me to use PayPal and send money to someone other than a company's name. Only to a friend or relative.

Ordered was for $246 of Christmas goods and received a pair of leggings Phone number and contact email doesn’t work. Shipped from China. Store is still active online although everyone is getting scammed.

The NSJ.collection is a online boutique ran by a women who used to have many big influencers wear her product and then promote it so fans would buy from her but recently she’s been scamming and I fell victim to it. I ordered an item on the 1st of January 2023 and didn’t get a confirmation email or a estimated delivery just told my items would be “On The Way!” After a couple days passing with no email from a carrier I contacted the Boutique through Instagram since she was posting and runs the account and she hasn’t answered and tried blocking my comments and blocking my private messages to her

I ordered two of their beds on December 22, 2022, through Facebook. On January 11, 2023, I received a pair of ear muffs. I contacted the company and they said that my order shows it was delivered on January 11, 2023. I sent a picture to them of what I received with the tracking number and I have received no reply. I am in the process of reaching out to my credit card company now.

I attempted to purchase concert tickets from a person on Twitter. I payed them through zelle the amount they told me the first time. After, they said they needed $106.50 before they could send me the tickets. I sent the remaining money on a digital gift card and they kept telling me they did not receive or that they could not claim the gift card. After that I just stopped interacting with the person. They are still active on Twitter trying to sell tickets to other concerts.

Never received the product and the tracking information they sent me wasn’t even legit. Ordered on 12/4/22 and still haven’t received it as of today 1/16/23

They emailed order number and tracking number but the website has no way to contact anyone and the email they give you to email if problem arises is bogus. I ordered a Sleeper Sofa and never received and am getting run in circles trying to figure out where it actually was from. They advertised from wayfair..... but the website doesn't even sell the items they were advertising.

I paid for what was advertised as 3 tickets for a private booth for Russell peters comedy show at the San Jose Improv 1/14- $92 each. Upon arrival my tickets were scanned and it showed that I only paid $45 for general admission. The tickets (with the name of Joey Parenti that I was sent were shared with the general manager. He informed me I had been scammed and encouraged me to report to the BBB.

Came up as a Facebook feed. Received a confirmation email. The links in the email do not work. I was then sent a tracker number and a place to check my package. It says delivered to Hawaii. I do not live in Hawaii. The email address used is: [email protected]. Sent a message to this address twice no reply. According to Chase App company known as RH* babyteor.com. Reported with Chase also. Please stop them from others. Thank you

Facebook Marketplace, acted interested in item that we're selling. They said they wanted to be sure we're really selling an item and wanted the phone number for Google code and we gave it to them before realizing it was a scam.

I am in a phoenix hair group on Facebook trying to find someone to do my hair. Aaliyah Rii had lots of pictures of her work and said she could do my hair. I went to her website and Instagram. We started talking about the style on Instagram chat. On the website and chat she asked for a deposit after I cash app the deposit to secure a spot she then asked for more money for the extensions. I told he I would bring my own. On today I arrived to the location. The door was locked. I text and emailed and she didn’t answer then removed the Instagram page

I saw an ad on Facebook and then I ordered 2 things, a 51 inch desk and a gaming computer chair and after I paid I got an email of my invoice then a couple days later they sent me an email with a tracking number. They said I should get my order in 7-15 days well on the 17th day I email them asking where the item is because the tracking number didn't say anything useful and then it took them 4 days to get back to me and they said that they show my package was delivered which I never received anything and then asking me to look in an asile which I dont bave anything like that as well as checking my garden which I dont havs either just my front yard lawn and that if its not there to contact USPS and file a complaint with them. Well on their email they sent me with my invoice they have this section of "Why Choose Us" ajd in there it states they have a 30 day money back guarantee and they will refund your order without any conditions, they also state that their packages have Full Coverage of Freight Insurance that says all orders have full freight insurance coverage and they will reissue your item(s) for free if lost on the way and if you need to return they will contact the logistics partner tp pick up the item(s) as well as you dont need to pay freight in advance and they will bear the full cost. The last thing on there says that they have successfully shipped over 34,245 orders and that they win as many happy customers as they ship orders and that you NEED to join their big family. Well all of that is just total BS and nothing about that is true. After that email back from them I then check the tracking number and it said 2 things, that it was delivered and that it's ready for pick up so I'm thinking ok it's just at my local post office so I call them and give them the tracking number and they said that's not a valid number and that it's a fraudulent USPS tracking number. Well I found a 2nd tracking number in there, not even close to being the same tracking number and well I call back and give them that number and they tell me that package was delivered however I told them that I never received anything and then after I file a report for a lost package the guy on the other like asked me what I was expecting and after I told him items that would weigh a lot and be in large boxes and he said that the item they show that was shipped only weighed 12 ounces and the size of the box was super small and obviously not a computer desk or chair. So with all that info I call my bank and report fraud and I received a charge-back for my entire purchase. I even emailed the company after this telling them that I know this was a scam and they never sent me what I ordered however I never received an email back from them after that.

I ordered clothes from this company 3'/ months ago I keep emailing they give tracking number that it in transit or has been delivered. I'm very upset I'm on SS and can not afford losing this kind of money

Pretending to sell puppies. Kept asking for more money for deposit. Had me Zelle it to Landry Granger. I asked for money back as I never went through with the complete purchase, to which they’ve ignored all further emails

Ordered two hoodies from website on 9-28-22. Did not receive product, so emailed company on 10-23-22. On 10-25-22, they suggested that I wait for product due to delay in order volume and COVID-19 serious. Stated that the expect delivery to be shipped around October 30th. If I do not receive the shipping information until the deadline, please contact them and we will arrange a refund for you. On November 27, 2022, I still do not have my product, so requested a refund. November 29, 2022, company states that they cancelled the order and applied for a full refund. Said to expect refund within 15 business days. There has not been any refund back to my card and company will not reply back to emai.

The scammer pretends to be in Italy. Over the more than one month of shipping, the product updates were once or twice a week, always shipping from Italy, going to customs, left customs, arrived to the US, etc. The company's address is in the UK.

The product is advertised as bras for senior women--larger, more voluminous body, images show women with full size. The bras are too small for a 10-year old girl who has no breasts yet. When I complained and asked for my money back, I was told to give the product to someone else, and basically "too bad". The company advertisement was on Facebook where I initially found it.

The merchant has a website geniusgadgetstore.com online; it looked legitimate and had electronic products with great prices. Once an order is placed shipping will be delayed significantly. This is the first sign of something being wrong. Many banks have time frames for being able to file a dispute post purchase, this tactic is to interfere with that process. You will receive a tracking number at some point; eventually you will receive an item however it will not be what you purchased. It will be something small and of significantly less value. The purpose is so they can have a tracking number to provide the bank when you file a dispute. There also will be no way to contact the merchant. You will notice the website you made the purchase on most likely does not work anymore. To win the dispute have the purchase receipt, website where purchase was made, and a copy of the tracking number they provide. Avoid anything from SP Coastline Bikes and the website geniusgadgetstore.com or variations of this website.
