Eshopbreville.com is a counterfit website, claiming to represent and sell breville products. Their website is a carbon copy of breville.com . No product was delivered, nor confirmation email received.

Telltale signs upon close inspection of the website reveal it to be a fake. No correspondence on the live chat, social media links go to the Shopify service, the disclaimer does state they are not associated with breville. But the website bears no other branding than breville. No confirmation email was received, all attempts to contact have been unanswered. The credit card statement lists the transaction as a “ STARKFORGED.C CA S303010466061528 CARD 5503 $125.96

I purchased an item on their website and was told it would be shipped out never was. I contacted them and they always told me it would be shipped out the next week.

Sent email asking for a tracking number. They answered a week later with a tracking number. Says product is in a storage locker in New Mexico. Sent another email with no response and now website doesn’t exist

Scammer asked for 40 percent down on purchase of horse they show online. They ask for 40 percent of cost of horse before they give you a address to where the horses are. When they give the address it is to a home where the person knows nothing about this and has had many people show up there falling for same scam

I Purchased from acompany, incense waterfall, the amount is $93.86 on December 2, 2022. I have made several attempts to call this company and was told that it has been sent out. I have not received my purchase and they would not answer the phone any longer, I did notify PayPal about this issue. Once again, I have made several attempts of making phone calls to this company about my purchase, when I made several attempts to talk to someone, I got through twice and was told that the article was sent out or they will receive or I will receive my refund.. I have received neither. I have not heard from PayPal and I have not heard from this company, or my refund or my purchase.

Today is January 11, 2023.

I purchased several items from this company, and used a debit card to pay for it. I checked my account and the items were purchased, and the money came out of my account ($25.77) on December 21, 2022. The company listed names like: Myriistic, TCIZO, Shienfashion, and FASHIONLADYSTORE. There were also email names like: Myriistic.com, TCIZO.COM, Shienfashion.com, Fashionladystore.com,(all of which were invalid when I tried to inquire about my purchase) but when I went to Facebook and clicked on the name given at the time, the website was called MANGO! FASHIONLADY STORE, Bolton, GBR, UK was the name, and place of the merchant on my account that the money went to. And the number: S302354126030140 There was no phone number. The order number that was given to me was #2156.

Used Zelle through my local bank, TD, Sent the money to them December 28, 2022. Shipping shortly they said. They don't answer their phone, don't reply to emails, talk through chat on their website, as soon as I mention my order number they told me to hold on. No further contact. This is a scam without doubt in my opinion.

Web page under Trisha Yearwood Gummies also know as Lifeline Keto gummies. Ordered trial one month 39.99. Was later charged 249.99 on my card. No phone number or address to return product.

On November 20th, 2021, I ordered a windshield cover off an online ad. from cliprain.com. I emailed them again on December 8th, because, it had not arrived. It arrived on December 20th, but, it was nothing like what was depicted in the ad. It was thin plastic, not quilted, as in the ad. There were also no mirror covers, as depicted in the original ad. I emailed them twice on December 20th and 23rd, to get a return label for the product, and requested a refund. The response on December 20th, from <[email protected]> was "Your request (17486) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.</[email protected]>

Ordered online, paid via "Shop" payment process with credit card. After one week I reached out and they said they didn't have inventory. After another week, I requested a refund. They told me the order had been delivered and to refer to the tracking number given. I wrote back twice explaining I had never received either a tracking number of the product. They won't respond.

I purchased the tourmaline-accupressure self heating-shaping-knee sleeve for my elderly father on 12/9/2022, on 12/16/2022 I was emailed that the oder was shipping from overseas. By 1/3/2022 I contacted spinpaper's customer service inquiring where my order was and I was told to contact the USPS which I did. The USPS told me that the order was shipped back. I recontacted the customer service and they said that they could offer me 10% refund because the oder was shipped to a container to be destroyed because the address that I gave them wasn't a sufficient address. I told them that I didn't accept that offer since I paid nearly $60.00. I asked for a full refund or the product to be shipped to me. The rep for Spinpaper sent another email saying that they could issue me a 15% refund because they are at a loss of product and I gave them the wrong shipping address. I use auto fill for all my orders and have them sent to my parent's business to ensure that my packages aren't left on my front doorstep. The reason I had used this company is that they offered the best price for a PAIR ($29.99) where other companies were selling them individually. As of 1/11/23, I am still dealing with the company and trying to either get a full refund or have the product shipped to me. Since I am still dealing with Spinpaper I went online and saw the reviews from trust pilot and there a many people dealing with the same issues as I am. I ordered 4 dog beds and ended up with an order of 5. I sent an email asking to change it to 4. the order was placed Dec 10, 2022 and it is now Jan 10 2023. The tracking has said that it's in transit since 12/12/22... I have tried contacting them and had only one response asking me to be patient. Additional emails have not been responded to. The cost of 89.75 was taken out of my account right away. I am still waiting and it has been a month.
