I am thinking it tis related to a scam payment to a Chinese company called "PING PONG*SHOPPRETTYHONGKONG HK". I payed $69.00 for a rain coat, realized it was a scam, tried to cancel the charge with American Express and could not.
3 pair sandals for $79. 90, on June 22, 2023. Placed an order and entered Credit card info, name and mailing address. I was suspicious in next day because I never received an invoice. Unable to locate contact number, called marcus.com, my credit card, to refute the charge. They refused saying it
had not posted yet. I have never received my order and cannot locate a name, number for the company who actually charged my account. I found a company name on my credit card statement (NOT OOFOS), HUAKM.COM, 310 5th St. Westcliffe, CO 81252, for $79.90. I have filed a dispute with my CC company, because I called them the following morning when I became suspicious.
Then the last couple emails I received appeared to be an automated response because it was exactly word for word.
I've had people who I've never met personally trying to scam me but I never fell for it but this one got me and I fell for it and I usually can tell when someone is trying to Con and Scam but this one got past my Radar??!! I'm keeping an eye on my Credit Card Statement for anything I didn't use it for. I know I'll never get a Refund and it could been for a whole lot that I lost!

Who is this RHEEM SALES COMPANY? Why did they charge us for something we did not buy??? Is someone using our credit card ??
A few days later somebody advised me that it was too good to be true, that this was surely a tactic used by them to lure customers. I did not want to take the chance so I contacted the friend of a friend whose name i cant remember to cancel the contract. She said it was too late, and dont worry just refer friends and family and I still had time to refer friends and get the vacuum for free. So now At that time I had already referred some friends and we set up meetings only for them to not be aprroved. Me not know they had to be approved for it to count towards my free vacuum.
Here i am Six months paying for a vacuum that everyone isnt getting approved for however they bombarded me with emails and calls, threatening me to collect the money or garnishment even affecting my credit. Please be advised and avoid all this because they are deceiving customers using dishonest practices where ever they are doing business.
