I purchased travel insurance and a week before my flight I became ill. I canceled my flight and then turned to Xcover insurance 844-904-3820 and email [email protected]. My flight is fully booked now so no one is out money but me. They are still giving me the runaround and refusing to credit me for my non flight on Sept 27. Claim put in on Sept 21st. Today is Sept 25th. They will not process my claim until I send them my personal medical info ( specifically asking for medical diagnose from a Dr.) guess they never heard of HIPPA. Scam and keeping money for no reason. Claim# ***************

I ordered clothing from Light In The Box and received and charged for all items, one item I did not receive. The clothing is cheap, totally the wrong size, and items did not look like anything I ordered. I am trying to send the clothing back for a refund. They did not want to give me a return address. After days of complaining, I have a China address that they said may not be deliverable. I was told my refund would be 100 dollars less than what I paid. I also have to pay for postage. They even asked for me to pay them directly for the postage, which I am already paying for. Bottom line is people need to be aware of this clothing and this company. I do not want anyone to go through the hassle I am going through. A total rip off!!

An online website I order from was running a promotion. I got an email the next morning saying I'd won. I'm usually very good at detecting scams but rhey had used the real logo and website page. Until further investigation and being too late did i see it was a scam.

We have been looking for a Mini-Dachshund and we messaged Dachshund Pet Home for some information about the posted photo of a puppy. We received a reply from them and their asking price of $900.00. My husband sent a message to them requesting more information and details. There was no reply at all, we had experienced this before with the same scenario , that they wanted $$ up front first. We did not even reply.! ?

I saw an ad on Instagram for these pants, the deal seemed great, so I went ahead and ordered them in several colors. They also offered a free item with purchase which was a dress. I chose my size of dress and placed my order. Several weeks later, with no updates on my order, I attempted to contact the company at the email address on their website. They never answered, and there was no phone number for contact. I waited a few more weeks, and still no item. On the shipping email a tracking number was provided. To my surprise, when looking up the shipper and the tracking number, my parcel said it was already delivered, but i received no package. I attempted to contact the seller again with no success. When i google the company name, there are tons of fraud alert and scam information that comes up. I wish i would have done this before purchasing. I have since contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and cancel my card. Buyer beware.

Advertised in email as endorsed by Shark Tank. Keto Gummies for weight loss. Tried to order one bottle for $39. Saw the invoice was for $59 so called them to cancel. Was told impossible to cancel. Gave discounts for ordering more and free shipping. Decided to try it. Ordered 3 mo worth. They added “free” cleanse tablets. I said I don’t want them so she said she removed them. I received 5 bottles plus 2 cleave bottles for $237. Was mad but decided to suck it up for my stupidity. NO invoice. Have not used any. Last night I noticed my bank account was charged another $237.No way to contact them.

I ordered a ROBUST dog chew toy off of FACEBOOK that the company claimed could not be damaged. They had a legit looking site and lots of pictures that linked to a site that looked good.

I bought one dog toy.

I have not received it.

I have a PAY PAL Invoice, but no TRACKING #.

The website is now gone, and I cannot find any way to get ahold of them.

Promised clearance items from Bed, Bath & Beyond. Charge card used. Items received much later were two packets of USB pastel colored cables from 21460 Yellow Brick Road, Walnut, CA 91789.

A larger theft incident was reported to to FCC 8/21

I made a purchase of a couple knives i had previously to replace them. They took more than the website stated my total was, and attempted at least one other transaction but my bank stopped it and shut off the card immediately. I still have not received the order I placed, nor any response from trying to reach out to them.

The items were purchased through an advertisement on Facebook for 3 pairs of OOFOS sandals using my credit card. Confirmation of order, shipping and delivery were received although I never received the product. I emailed the contact number wallacemarburybp@gmail to inquire and received a response address not found. I called my credit company to dispute the charge, in addition to the 800 number for OOFOS - they told me they were familiar with the scam and were trying to get Facebook to take it down. Initially the charge was refunded but later reversed because the company HUAKM.COM produced phony documentation with shipping information (mostly Chinese) and the order details. I appealed this reversal to my credit card company, along with documentation supporting my case. I won the appeal but now this company has all my personal information as well as my credit card. This company is a scam - cheating people not only with the product I believed I was purchasing but other products as well. They need to be investigated and shut down!
