I saw an ad on Instagram for these pants, the deal seemed great, so I went ahead and ordered them in several colors. They also offered a free item with purchase which was a dress. I chose my size of dress and placed my order. Several weeks later, with no updates on my order, I attempted to contact the company at the email address on their website. They never answered, and there was no phone number for contact. I waited a few more weeks, and still no item. On the shipping email a tracking number was provided. To my surprise, when looking up the shipper and the tracking number, my parcel said it was already delivered, but i received no package. I attempted to contact the seller again with no success. When i google the company name, there are tons of fraud alert and scam information that comes up. I wish i would have done this before purchasing. I have since contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and cancel my card. Buyer beware.

Advertised in email as endorsed by Shark Tank. Keto Gummies for weight loss. Tried to order one bottle for $39. Saw the invoice was for $59 so called them to cancel. Was told impossible to cancel. Gave discounts for ordering more and free shipping. Decided to try it. Ordered 3 mo worth. They added “free” cleanse tablets. I said I don’t want them so she said she removed them. I received 5 bottles plus 2 cleave bottles for $237. Was mad but decided to suck it up for my stupidity. NO invoice. Have not used any. Last night I noticed my bank account was charged another $237.No way to contact them.

Promised clearance items from Bed, Bath & Beyond. Charge card used. Items received much later were two packets of USB pastel colored cables from 21460 Yellow Brick Road, Walnut, CA 91789.

I ordered a ROBUST dog chew toy off of FACEBOOK that the company claimed could not be damaged. They had a legit looking site and lots of pictures that linked to a site that looked good.

I bought one dog toy.

I have not received it.

I have a PAY PAL Invoice, but no TRACKING #.

The website is now gone, and I cannot find any way to get ahold of them.

I made a purchase of a couple knives i had previously to replace them. They took more than the website stated my total was, and attempted at least one other transaction but my bank stopped it and shut off the card immediately. I still have not received the order I placed, nor any response from trying to reach out to them.

The items were purchased through an advertisement on Facebook for 3 pairs of OOFOS sandals using my credit card. Confirmation of order, shipping and delivery were received although I never received the product. I emailed the contact number wallacemarburybp@gmail to inquire and received a response address not found. I called my credit company to dispute the charge, in addition to the 800 number for OOFOS - they told me they were familiar with the scam and were trying to get Facebook to take it down. Initially the charge was refunded but later reversed because the company HUAKM.COM produced phony documentation with shipping information (mostly Chinese) and the order details. I appealed this reversal to my credit card company, along with documentation supporting my case. I won the appeal but now this company has all my personal information as well as my credit card. This company is a scam - cheating people not only with the product I believed I was purchasing but other products as well. They need to be investigated and shut down!

I saw an advertisement on social media offering ARIAT outlet jeans for sale. When I clicked on the ad it brought me to what seemed like a legitimate ARIAT website. It wasn’t until after I received a confirmation email that it was from this bazck.com website, which I found is located in Hong Kong. Roughly 3 weeks later the tracking showed that it was delivered through the post office with this tracking number AM071316697CN. The post office said that that is not a tracking number that they would have because it starts with letters. The order claimed to be protected by customercareVIP.com and that is the only way I have contact. They claim that it has indeed been delivered. My order number is 949454-00013964. I never received it and lost $70.

I went to the website trying to get a cash advance and the app was rated 4.7 so I downloaded it. From there I was told that they can help me with my credit and so. They asked for my banking information so that they can send me my funds. That's when the money start coming out .I contacted their customer service and they told me to cancel my services and request a refund which I did I then was told I couldn't get a refund. They didn't help me with a cash advance or with my credit and they taking out money and overdrawing my account

Ordered 3 camping chairs from website claiming Bed Bath and Beyond clearance. Never received tracking info. Money was taken out of account. 3 weeks later received a ring in the mail that I did not order. After Googling the address there were multiple claims of people ordering from this site and later receiving a ring they didn’t order.

My bank account has been debited each month for $12.99 for four months. I finally looked up their web site. Apparently these fees are for a club membership I never joined. I tried to cancel and they say they have no account under my email address, proving I never signed up. I had to cancel my debit card in order to stop them taking my money. They don't have a phone number on their web site. I sent them an email, no response. I filled out a contact by phone request, they never called me.
