Clicked on an ad that looked as if the product (rolling carry-on bag) was from the "Home Shopping Network". Received confirmation of the order and a tracking number but noticed it was not from HSN and became skeptical. I received an email stating it had been delivered but it was not. What I did receive was a small padded envelope with a leather key fob charm in the shape of an orange. Nothing else. Upon further inspection, the tracking number they sent was on the front of the package. I was able to dispute the claim with my credit card company and my account was credited. The return address states "Return MA, 197112 Valley Blvd, Walnut CA 91789." According to the tracking, the package originated here: "Dongguan City, [Dongguan International Company directly under the International Business Department] has been collected, and investors: Liang Bixia, telephone: 13527900078". I received the envelope on July 25, 2023.

I never received an invoice, product or deliver information! This website needs to be taken down immediately they are nonexistent!! I used PayPal, a report of fraud was filed! The payment was received by a name of Gloria , that’s it nothing else! The website gives no phone number and the email is bogus

I contacted her about an appointment and or service i never got. I reached out multiple times and offered to pick my hair up from her. She gave me all types of excuses. I was not the only one that was targeted about the same issue.

Post appeared on Facebook showing a buy one/get one offer on TCI (?) folding rocking lawn chairs supposedly from QVC. After making choices, entering credit card info & finishing the order, this showed up instead of QVC: ehncasr.shop. I googled ehncasr.shop & found out it is a scam that uses QVC pictures & info to get customers credit card & personal info

Facebook ad: ask questions about weight loss attemps I had done in the past, my height, weight etc. I knew they would be asking for money. at end of survey you could choose to accept a one week trial for $10 which I accepted and put in credit card info. Immediately screen showed that I got get a major discount for a one year subsccription for $910.00. I did not want this can not afford I am on a fixed income. accidently pressed continue which immediately charged my credit card. I immediately called credit card company and blocked all charges. The charge is still pending on credit card. This happened yesterday 7/31/2023. I also contacted company they will not refund payment. This is a bait and switch.

He is white guy kind of short, stubby.  His son is short and has a lot a tattoos.  I took my car there in 2021.  My check engine was on and I took my car to DC auto and they informed me take it to this business.  They stated that they fixed the car.  I picked up the car six months later I drove the car to a light and the car stopped, and they towed it back to the shop.  They have had my car for two years.  They gave me a business with Gateway Automotive name but the business  address is 745 Lemay Ferry Road, Saint Louis ,  MO   63125, (314) 638-3445.  This is not the.  This is not the location for Gateway Automotive.  This is the location for  DN automotive.  Which is confirmed to be out of business with the BBB.

I had 222.75 from my account. Acquired by Wells Fargo bank national association. When I tried to get information I was asked to give new card number for them to investigate. The EB riverfront music f has web site to report but wanted more money to investigate.

Our business is Bumpers.com, we just launched our new website last Monday 7/24/23. Upon launch we had two phone calls from individuals who said Bumper2Bumper tried to charge them $19. We are not Bumper2Bumper, we are Bumpers.com. They said funds were trying to be pulled from their cash app and they had our phone number and they called our business asking why our company was taking/trying to take funds from their Cash App. We informed the individuals that we just launched and have not received any orders yet so it was not our company trying to take money from them. We told them to report the fraudulent charges to their financial institution. We are an ecommerce site based in Michigan, the induivualds who reached out to us are outside of our home state of Michigan. We are able to sell to all 50 states through Bumpers.com

I paid $150 for a crankshaft and when the shipping company that emailed me said they wanted $125 more just for shipping insurance i asked for a refund because i wasnt going to pay another $125. That's when they blocked me and never refunded my money.

I purchased an outfit from this company, which was totally different from what I thought I would be receiving. The bottom did fit, but was not the same item as the product picture. The top was extremely big and was totally different as well. The outfit was shipped from Chicago, but when I submitted my refund request, I was told that it had to be returned to China, which would cost me a lot more just to ship. I was offered a discount on my next purchase to keep it. This is all a scam. I will not be purchasing from this company ever again, so please beware.

They posted two chairs on Facebook posing as QVC. I filled out the form and they said it would be here in 3-7 days. Now I found out that QVC does NOT advertise on Facebook which makes me think this is a scam...

I ordered glasses and when I received them they weren’t the right prescription. I contacted them to let them know, they said I would have to pay an additional $64 to have the lenses changed because I entered the wrong prescription. I found it odd because I always triple check before submitting. I was looking at reviews and others have complained about the same issue. This company doesn’t want to give refunds and wants to charge more for their mistakes.

I recieved a response from Vladimir from Facebook marketplace to a water pump I was selling. He wanted to pick it up instead of going through the Facebook mail option but I had to use Zelle from his girlfriend because he was short. They sent me 340 for my pump which cost 40 so they said they accidentally overpaid and if I could send back 300 then got a Zelle email stating they had double billed their client and instead sent 680...after that I tried to stop payments but they got away with 500 total

The add was bed bath and body was going out of business and liquidating warehouse of items. From facebook it took to site to shop. The site said Bed Bath And Beyond then at checkout it asked for usual name address, email and payment method. I chose pay pal and entered cc information. It provided a confirmation with order number 00052211

We posted a treadmill for $200 on Facebook marketplace. Ons Rudy said he wanted to pay tonight via Zelle and have the item marked sold but have his brother pick it up tomorrow. So as to not give our phone number, we said we use Venmo and only provided the Venmo username. He then replied that he needs our email for his business account verification policy. We provided our email and minutes later received an email from sender: [email protected]. The email request for us to upgrade to a business account in order to complete the attempted transaction. In addition, the upgrade requires a $500 minimum transaction, so please request $300 more from the buyer to accomplish the upgrade.

Waited a few weeks, and received nothing. Tracking number given said not found. I was in contact with someone and they assured the delivery was on its way and wouldn’t offer a refund after I tried to cancel. One day last week I get an email saying it was delivered in mailbox. When I checked it wasn’t there. All tracking dates I saw were from the same day. I contacted them again and they showed me different tracking times. I haven’t heard anything back since.
