IRS claiming consumer owed back taxes. (206) 823-3835

Callers leave a voicemail that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to call a second number when I call the second number a call center answers IRS.

Received recorded message saying "Final notice from IRS. The reason for this call is to inform you that IRS is filing law suit against you. To get more information about this case file please call immediately on our department number 818-532-2023." I called the number back about 45 minutes later and there was no answer after two attempts. I waited another half hour and tried again and a man answers the phone mumbling IRS. I asked him to repeat what he said and he hung up. I called right back and this time he answered a bit more alert saying IRS. He wanted my name and I kept asking why am I going to be sued. He said "hey I'm just part of the system." When I asked if he was calling from overseas he hung up on me.

I knew this was a scam from the beginning (twenty years working for the government helped). It was also really obvious.

PLEASE BEWARE. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

I was called by phone number 913 562 8928 (on my cell phone) and told that the IRS was trying to locate me and was filing a lawsuit against me. I do know that the IRS would not contact me via my cell phone and told the caller this and asked what type of business this really was and why were they contacting me? The male caller then proceeded to tell me that I had a nice voice and did I want to keep talking to him? His English skills were poor at best and I did not stay on the phone any longer to see what this scam was about, but was angry and disturbed enough to file a complaint.

Phone call was threatening. Stated individual owed back taxes. Individual owes no taxes to the IRS. Individual was directed to call the number above.

Received a phone call from a certain IRS Department Officer Mark Watson (caller ID indicating the call originated from Geneva, FL) informing me they have issued an arrest warrant for me, and my current physical address is under federal investigation.

Ended the call with a remark "Have a Great Day"!

Received a phone call from (213) 289-9244 from Officer Ron Syder of the IRS. He said that he was doing a federal investigation for fraud due to non payment of taxes. He said that I owed the IRS $900 and that I would be arrested if I did not pay it.

Continues to call us leaving message. I contacted them today and she wanted to know my attorney name without giving me any information why the IRS is calling me. After I stated that the ITS does not usually call and leave message she stated they will mail me something and hung up.

I received a call from the IRS that this is my last chance to respond before they file a lawsuit against me. I was told to call back at 206-823-3365.

I have been getting calls, first on my cell phone and now on my home phone, that says they are the IRS and this is my last chance before a lawsuit is filed against me for taxes. It is a recording and I am to call 206-823-3820.

I received a called from a man claiming to be from the IRS he said his name was Daniel Johnson he had an Indian/ Arab accent. He gave me his ID number IRM1123 with a case file # CP101773T. He said that I had committed 4 counts of tax fraud. I owed the IRS $7,986.00 in back taxes.

I received a call from 213-141-5163 and they said they were with the IRS and I needed to call 323-729-3121 and they were going to file a lawsuit against me.

Received a phone call today from (315) 557-4848. The gentlemen identified himself as Mark Watson but he did have an accent. He told me that I filed my taxes incorrectly and asked if I have an attorney. I told him I did not. He said that I would need an attorney or I would have to go to court. I asked him where he was calling from and he said California. I asked if I would have to travel to California for court and he said yes. I told him that I could not travel to California and he said he will be sending the police then to my home to arrest me and he hung up on me.

They called earlier today, said the IRS had done an audit of my finances, and wanted me to pay them $ 4900 or

there would be an warrant for my arrest. I told them i knew the IRS didn't contact by phone and hung up.

Someone keeps calling me saying they are with the IRS and that an arrest warrant has been placed against me and I need to call them ASAP.

I receive a call from the above number at least 3 times a week. They say that we are being sued by the IRS. I know that the IRS would not call, but send by mail any problem that they are having with taxes. I know of other people who are having the same problem. How can I stop these calls? I just do not answer the calls so I really do not know who they are calling for

The number 202-545-6321 called and said they are filing a lawsuit against me due to some defaulted loans. The person on the phone said a bunch of stuff to try and confuse me. When I informed them I don't know what they are talking about and to please explain, they hung up. Then I tried to call back and each time they take my call, they hang up. The system does not state there business name or information, just plays music and says wait for another agent.

IRS called to say I was being sued. They left a message for me to call them back at 505-302-4126.

It's saying they are filing a suit against you
