Someone keeps calling me saying they are with the IRS and that an arrest warrant has been placed against me and I need to call them ASAP.

I receive a call from the above number at least 3 times a week. They say that we are being sued by the IRS. I know that the IRS would not call, but send by mail any problem that they are having with taxes. I know of other people who are having the same problem. How can I stop these calls? I just do not answer the calls so I really do not know who they are calling for

The number 202-545-6321 called and said they are filing a lawsuit against me due to some defaulted loans. The person on the phone said a bunch of stuff to try and confuse me. When I informed them I don't know what they are talking about and to please explain, they hung up. Then I tried to call back and each time they take my call, they hang up. The system does not state there business name or information, just plays music and says wait for another agent.

I recd a call at 10:20 AM this morning and I spoke w/a man who stated this was the IRS (Internal Revenue Svc)

and there was a warrant for my arrest for unpaid taxes. He then asked if the sheriff's dept had contacted me concerning this. I questioned him -- and he hung up. I was advised by the ScamPulse.com that this was scam.

I received three phone calls today but only wrote down two of them. They say they are the IRS and I owe back taxes. The numbers they have called me from are 202-241-0251 and 956-248-6198.

I have received several phone calls today but did not answer them. My answering machine says they are with the IRS and this is my final notice to pay my taxes or they will file a lawsuit against me. They call from 360-208-0861. We don't owe any taxes.

They say They are the IRS and they will sue us if we don't call. We didn't answer, just let it go to the answering machine. They have called us 4 times.

Caller stated they were from IRS and if we didn't pay them over phone the police would arrest us in 20 minutes. Was an electronic type voice on our answering machine. Said to call them back and pay now...very threatening

Today, June 8, 2016 at apprx. 10:02 a.m. the following message was left on answering machine: Female voice stated she was with IRS and they had filed a claim against me. I was to phone 646-589-0195 to discuss. I did not return the phone call.

I have had 2 calls on my answering machine at home in Shaker Hts— from criminals running a scam.

They say they are from the IRS and I must reach them immediately about a lawsuit. I was afraid at first and thought it was real. I never gave out any information. I asked where they are located and they were hesitant to answer. They have foreign accents.

Here is the number they left: 435-609-1825. Call them and you will reach the actual criminals.

They must be stopped.

Please warn others.

A man called me and said that I had defrauded the government and was in trouble and I needed to call the IRS. I called and just got a recording so I decided to check it out first.

I had a message on my answering machine that the IRS was getting ready to file a suit on my account. It sounded like a recorded message. I was told to call 636-249-3760. I have not called, I wanted to check it out first.

left voice message on cell phone: Officer Nicky Johnson with the IRS. Time sensitive matters so please call this number back before they take any further action.

When calling the number back, victim just told them she knew IRS did not telephone, so not to telephone her number again. Nicky said, "OK"

A recorded messages states that the IRS is filing a law suit "against you" and advises the caller to contact 856-631-4890. The recorded messages states this is a final warning before legal action will be taken.
