Warning - ASTRONARA TRADING FZCO is a scam!

Type of scam: Online Purchase through PayPal
Astronara operates using the same simple scheme, which, unfortunately, I only discovered through numerous reports after I fell for it myself.
1. On July 30th, Astronara charged two payments for the same nail care product: €36.29 discounted and €50.78 AUTOMATIC/full-price.
2. Both PayPal records list the same seller, ASTRONARA TRADING FZCO, and the same product ID, ORV-PEN.
1. I received a return authorization and sent the product to the specified German address.
2. The confirmation about return package was delivered on August 18th.
3. However, the refund has not been received, and the correspondence has been going in circles for nearly a month.
All steps are documented. I can provide documents to stop the fraudulent activity and file a lawsuit for compensation to all victims, including moral damages.
Let my case demonstrate this pattern to other customers before they make a payment. And let payment systems and consumer protection agencies see that these complaints are not isolated cases.
I attach here the double Astronara product returned and the most recent examples of correspondence.

Astronara - Orivelle unauthorized charge of paypal account
I contacted customer support immediately and requested cancellation of the duplicate order. The response I received was that cancellation was not possible because the order had already been shipped.
However, when I requested tracking information, the tracking page showed only that a shipping label had been created. At that time, the parcel had not yet been handed over to the carrier. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that the order could not be cancelled because it had already been shipped.
I also discovered that an automatic PayPal billing authorization had been created during the checkout process. I did not intend to sign up for any recurring payments and cancelled the authorization as soon as I noticed it in my PayPal account.
Because of these issues, I opened a PayPal dispute and submitted a complaint to the Dutch consumer authority (ACM).
My experience with the checkout process and customer support was extremely disappointing. I encourage potential customers to carefully review every step of the purchase flow and check their PayPal permissions after completing a transaction.

I paid with PayPal and got charged twice the amount plus extra.
That is: € 41,97 and € 49,95.
I got no conformation of my purchase in my email and Astronara can not be reached.
