Unauthorized Use of My Ads – Ongoing Investigation with FTLPD
This is part of an ongoing issue of unauthorized use of my business materials. I currently have an active investigation open with the Fort Lauderdale Police Department (Case #342604067072).

As a result of these fraudulent listings, I have received ongoing harassment. This includes explicit and inappropriate messages, unsolicited text messages, and unwanted WhatsApp video calls from unknown individuals. These communications are distressing, invasive, and directly connected to the unauthorized use of my identity and business information.
This situation escalated after I also received threatening and inappropriate communications from an unknown individual using the phone number (954) 526-8091. While I cannot confirm the identity of the person responsible for the reposting activity, the timing and pattern of events strongly suggest coordinated misuse of my personal information.
I am a newly licensed Property and Casualty insurance agent and am actively seeking employment in the insurance industry. I am concerned that these fraudulent postings and misrepresentations are damaging my professional reputation, interfering with my ability to obtain employment, and creating long-term harm to my career prospects.
I have preserved all available evidence, including screenshots of unauthorized listings, copies of the webpages, call logs, and messages received. I am fully prepared to provide this documentation to assist in any investigation.
This matter involves ongoing identity misuse, unauthorized publication of personal and business information, and harassment. It has caused significant emotional distress and concern for my personal safety, privacy, and professional livelihood.
