- Seattle, WA, USA

Received a Final Notice letter that implied it was from my mortgage company, and I needed to call to get my Home Warranty up to date.

- Buena Vista, CO, USA

County Deed Records or Home Owner Services has sent me numerous letters in the mail saying my home warranty may be expired or already has expired. Without a home warranty in place you are at risk of being financially responsible for any and all repairs. Includes $199 registration fee voucher. I have not responded to any of their inquires.

I received a letter which appeared to be from my bank, telling me that my home warranty was expiring, upon additional review I see that it's from a 3rd party company.

I have gotten several “Final Notices” from this fake business that warns me that my home warranty is due to expire. They know my Mortgage Lender and include that on the document to try to make it seem legitimate and scam new homeowners. This came by postal mail and are very similar to other scams I have been mailed

Scammers include a fake check about immediate action required in 5 days as well as a photo of my home (automatic download from google maps). "FINAL NOTICE" and all other the usual scam phrases.
