I didn't call them because I assumed it was a scam. One side of the post mail says county deed records the other side says home warranty division it says it expires on 11/29/24 component element carrier says mechanical system gives a registration id and pin.

Saw this letter on my elderly mother's table and immediately knew it was a scam. The letter stated that her home warranty was either expired or going to be expired unless she called the program director, Wade Grant at 888-404-4504 before a certain date. The letter went on to state that failure to call Wade before the expiration date could result in the potential lapse of coverage and liability for all costs associated with home repairs. There's no company address on the letter. There is a barcode and customer ID number located at the top of the letter. Complete scam!!

Got multiple letters about final notice for home warranty. Got duped and called and talked to people who signed me up for a package. They called back and said my payment declined. I called multiple times to cancel and they did a good job running me around and probably not cancelling anything. Definite scam

I received a postal mail with the same prompt and intent. That I have not contacted them to renew my home warranty. Asking me to respond immediately. They had my Lender info at and a legitimate seeming customer Id for me. I noticed that they did not claim to be my Lender, only info about my mortgage holder which would imply they were. Seemed suspicious, I googled the number which led me here.

Recieved letter stating home warranty was about to or had already expired exactly same as I read on this website from another person that had received same letter signed by Wade ***** home warranty division what made me question it was it didn’t say anywhere on it what insurance company the home warranty division was with and also letter was originally addressed to John ***** who has been deceased since 2017.

Home warranty expiring or already expired. Respond by 10/4/2024. Only way to contact scammer in letter was a phone number. No address to reply to.

Letter received about home warranty. Claimed info received from Sovereign Bank. Our mortgage was issued by them several years ago. It was paid off 8 years ago.

Letter contained the name of a bank lender with which we had a mortgage decades ago. It said that we should immediately contact Home Warranty Department for an expired home warranty update. No business listing and clearly a scam.

I received a notice in the mail that my home warranty was expiring Oct 1st. I do not have any warranty or policies with this company. I called to tell them that they sent a noticed to my address with a wrong Name listed on the notice. The customer service rep said that my policy would expire and that I needed to give my credit card number to renew. I never gave them my name, but they seemed to know it. This flagged the call for me because I knew it had to be a scam. I told them to just take my name and address off their list and to remove the guy's name from my address., he claimed he couldn't and wouldn't do that. I told him that I'd report him to the ScamPulse.com and his response was , go a head they can't do anything to me. So I'm filing a claim against this company. All I have is the letter with no return address, just a phone number.

I received what looks like a paycheck with my lender's name listed on the outside. I opened it and it says 'FINAL NOTICE' along with 'We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice'. Then they have a fake check at the bottom written out to me for $199.00. I'm asked to call an 800 number to verify my personal information. A quick search of the phone number reveals this is a scam. As a new homeowner, receiving documentation in the mail with my lender's name and exact loan amount is very confusing. It's difficult to tell what is legitimate versus fake.

Sent a letter pretending to be the bank saying I needed to renew my home warranty and to call the number listed on the letter. Did not call as the bank let me know that was not them and that it was a scam going around where they ask people to pay money to update the insurance.

I received a letter with my home address, the make and model of my car along with my vin telling me I needed to renew my extended warranty (my actual one just expired) so I called the number and they tried to sell me an overpriced “warranty” and when I tried to politely decline they yelled at me for 10 minutes trying to scare me into buying the warranty.

They gathered our information after purchasing a home and even got my full name along with mortgage lender info. Tried to get me to buy a home warranty when I already have one. Said my home would not be covered and more ** lies

I received a letter in the mail claiming to be from Quicken Loans Home Warranty Division. The name Amber Lawrence and the phone number 1(877)499-4406 was listed as the number to call. The letter itself was very aggressive in stating that our home warranty is ending and that we need to call to register again before the initial warranty goes away. No identifying information was given for the company other than claiming to be Quicken Loans.
