I experienced the same as another complaint. I saw an advertisement for a ceiling video projector showing the ceiling being fully covered in low light conditions. There were images advertised of both outer space and underwater scenery and wildlife. What I received were cheap usb flashlights with little stamp sized projector slides that were fuzzy (at best) and childish. They were cartoon images. They were very dim and could barely be seen even in a completely dark room. Some of what I received was damaged which I reported to them. The images were small when projected and I never received anything showing space imagery. These had no sophistication and seemed like something you might use above a crib at night. I contacted the company about a refund and was offered small amounts of $4, then $6, and finally they offered $14. I never got anything back, even after sending them pictures of the damaged slides and usb flashlight.

Advertised one product but sent a lesser product (cheaper). It’s even like that on their page.
