Paid a processing fee to the website to have them fill out the same forms for free on the actual passport website. They did not process the application but mailed it to me to process myself. The website has no assurances that my personal information and all other documents are protected from identity theft.

The website posed as a legitimate passport processing site, I completed the entire application, submitted the photo and paid the fee of $187.87. They in turn, put the information on the passport application (incorrectly) and mailed the application back to us to bring to a passport processing facility to pay the actual passport fee of $130. They provided no legitimate service, completed the form with incorrect information, and now have all of my husbands non-public information, including his SSN! Absolute scam!

Looked up how to get my daughter a passport and this website came up and looked real. I went all the way through the process and then never received any email receipt so I looked into it and found this to not be real. I am so upset.

Usapassports.com appears to be an official USA government passport application site. It uses colors similar to the official government site and the question prompts seem official and legit. They charge $158 and they say your passport will arrive in 4 to 6 weeks. This fee is not the official government fee, but the company fee. This is very deceptive and misleading.

I needed a new passport so googled passport application in US. https://www.usapassports.com/ came up first. It's a very deceptive website claiming to fill out forms and be sent a passport. Be aware to only use .gov websites for official government documents. I contacted both my bank and the company to remove all my personal data from their website and databases.

I was lead to believe it is a legitimate website and they popped up on Google search to renew my son's passport and I filled out the required information online and finally paid $180 thinking all I have to do is take him for in person photo service and sign in front of USA post office that gives passport service. Next I know is it's a scam. I received the passport DS-11 form filled out and sent it to me to go to post office and sign the already filled out form and make the required $160 payment for passport service. If I knew this, I won't take their service. Their service is a scam

I went to this website to get my son's passport for our trip in 8 weeks. They charged $187 and said they would send me an actual passport. Instead, they simply filled out a form that I could have filled out for free at the post office and 2 pictures I could have printed myself. In addition to stealing my hard-earned money, they now have my credit card number, my son's personal information, and they wasted 2 weeks of the time we had to get the passport, which means we have to rush to get it done the right way now or we won't have it in time.

I went online to request a replacement passport. I found myself on the website, which I believed to belong to the passport agency. I filled out a form that included my information, my photo, my SSN, my email and phone number, my parents' names, dates of birth, location of birth. I paid $187.87, which I believed to be the passport renewal fee. I received the completed form with the printed photos and was advised to make an appointment with the post office to file the papers.

I searched how to order a passport online and this site came up. It seemed legit but I am obviously pretty naive. I gave all of my daughter's personal information...SS#, address, etc. and paid 187.00 with a credit card.

I am preparing for foreign travel and had to apply for a new passport. I started using usapassports.com for an expedited passport instead of using a State Department website. I filled out information online including my SSN and birthdate and paid a fee of $236.47, thinking I was applying for a passport through the site. Instead, I received a FedEx mailer with the application printed out and the digital picture attached. I went to my passport appointment with the USPS and learned that this company scams people to print out their application form, which is something that can be done online for free through the State Department.

They are pretending to be the real official government passport website and took all my personal information and made me over pay so much money for the whole thing to be fake and now I’m out $400 because I had to go through the whole process of getting an actual new passport at the post office on top of what I had already gave this website.
