I recently heard that Bed Bath & Beyond was having problems. Then Aug. 13th 2023 while on FaceBook I came across an ad for a shoe cabinet. I went to the www.bedbathandbeyond.com website and reviewed the item along with cost of shipping/taxes. I made the purchase on my MasterCard for $31.98. I received an email with confirmation of my order later that day. I noticed that the amount charged to my creditcard was $32.62 on the following day. Today, Sept. 13th 2023 I received a package of USB cables from: SHIPPING CENTER, 21460 YELLOW BRICK RD, WALNUT CA 91789. When i googled the address a fraud website came up with the same M.O. as my experience. They've received various items from the same shipping address.

I have been going back and forth with these people at facebook ([email protected]) since May 11, 2023. I still have not received my refund for the $43.00 I paid. They said they delivered my package yet nothing was at my door nor my neighbors door. They supposedly resent the items and again I still did not receive them and neither did my neighbors. I have continuously asked for my money back and they give me an excuse every single time as to why it’s not in my account yet. I’m over it!

Scammer advertised on Facebook to Disabled Veterans and Seniors. Buy this Foot Massager to relieve all your Aches and Pains. They took my money instantly, all $38. I tried to contact them at [email protected]. A month later a Black Trash Bag, covered with green Algae arrived by USPS. I had to use gloves to open it. Inside was a Flattened box with some Flattened parts. All I had was an E-Mail address and they refuse to refund my money. The Bank has tried to contact them with no success.

Website claiming to be Dicks sporting goods popped up on my Facebook feed. Super Sale on Hoka sneakers. I purchased and then realized it seemed to good to be true. Turns out it’s a scam. I lost $43. Called my bank to stop payment but couldn’t. Had to get new debit card.

I fell for the scam on Facebook. I paid $29 for the cup, the money was taken out and I never received it. The tracking app said it was delivered but I never received it. I have been in contact with the scammers in regards to getting a refund and they keep saying they will get back to me in regards to where it could be. They wanted to me to confirm my address and I just keep demanding a refund. I guess I’m just lucky they didn’t take more money than they already did.

A person hacked my friends email and asked me to send money to a friend of his who had cancer and it was their birthday. It sounded like my friend as that is how we communicate. He asked for 100 . He said his card wouldn't go through and he would pay me Monday. I sent it then said he wondered if I could send him 100 to his email as he wanted to forward it himself so the birthday guy could buy a tablet. I did it...I never thought I would fall for this but I did. I still have emails.i lost $200.

The below order originally went missing in Honolulu. Several emails later the company claimed it packed and resent item.

Scammer said if my husband made a donation of 20% to the church the church would pay 2 months of our car payment and our electric and gas bills to make sure they were up to date since we fell behind on them. The payment of bills have all since been returned on their end but, the $140.00 hasnt been returned to us via cashapp.

I went thru the bank over an over draft they gave me the name lady said we were getting lipstick and or face cream said I needed to cancel order so I did cancel number kc0921 I thought that was the end of it .they are still trying to pull money I closed that card closed the po Bx direct benefits put money back in the one time and then gave it back to them my 12 year old grandson did not order the make up or lipstick nor did I they try charging 116. Twice daily or 119 twice daily .please see if you can get them to stop he is on SSI and their direct benefits have bounced again and they will deduct 226 from his monthly check. I know I can't get the 709 dollars back (the total lost is $708) but if you can get them to stop it would really be appreciated . I seen the advertisement on Facebook, for beautiful clothes at very low prices. I placed the order for $34.00 and after a long time I contacted them at [email protected], they sent me a weird “tracking”, saying it had been delivered. You could see it was not anything of American postal tracking. We sent emails back and forth! They said to check with my local post office. I live on a Naval base in the United States, and I never received any items, I talked to my postal people and showed them the tracking and they confirmed that it was not a true tracking. After I confronted them they said they sent my money back to my account to wait 3-5 business days. I did and tried to contact them again and now all email attempts come back as FAILURE. Can not be sent!

I ordered an icemaker off of Facebook through the company and lost $48. HSN was what they used. The email that was under it had said heavy lampca. They sent emails from a country that I don’t understand I sent emails never got a response next thing you know today July 26 I got an update saying my package was delivered July 20 never received a package. I’m very upset because I believe I got scammed. I’m a hard-working, single parent and I need my money, I’m very upset

I placed an order off of a Facebook website (Facebook) for “ryabe” for 2 dresses. Immediately when I received them, they were poor quality and not as advertised. I initiated a refund. I paid 95.98, they keep sending emails ([email protected]) to offer a partial refund .

I received message from a friend/former co-worker, said she received lump sum from organization that helps elderly, disabled, told me to apply quickly. I was provived a link agent charlin james, i gave my full name, address,age,monthly income, sent copy of TX Dr license. I was told i qualified, send a 500 apple gift card quickly. That is when i stopped answering. Have permanently deactivated Facebook, messenger.

The order from Facebook was for a raised bed garden planter. I ordered it before Mother’s Day. I looked daily at the tracking coming from China. This week was when I discovered that they were reporting it as delivered 10 days ago. It was not delivered. I have been going back-and-forth an email with somebody named Kristen at [email protected]. She is bargaining with me on what refund I should get. I lost $35.00 on this. I have all the emails as well as the original email showing the order was on its way.

I saw on FB with Dick's Logo about Hyrdo Flask water bottles and coolers so i placed 3 separate orders 1 day apart and received a conformation number and then a tracking number saw it was from China then went to NY then Carolina PR keeps saying delivered to agent for final delivery. I've contacted them 2 times and no response. The confirmation looks like it came from Hyrdo Flask.

My mother purchased a Rollator from a Facebook ad on the Facebook website and never received the device. She lost $42.00. I'm thinking it's a scam and there's no tracking. I tried contacting them at [email protected] but got no real help.

I ordered, from Facebook, some artificial flowers for the outside. The pictures showed big beautiful bouquets that your neighhbors would not know that they were fake. What arrived looked like Dollar Tree, actually not even as good as Dollar Tree. I lost $30.00 on this order. There is no information for returns.

I would like to report two scammers on Facebook. I put some items on Face book a couple of days ago and also today. Today it was Joan Peters that was using the scam and wanted mt phone number which I gave to her and then she wanted to send me a code number and I refused. I told her to just call me. She still tried to get me to send a code but I refused.. Now I can't find the first person. I did let them send a code. After reading the info on your site , Glad I sent back the code #831412 on the messenger.
