TRYED CONTACTING THEM THROUGH THE EMAIL THEY USE [email protected] NO RESPONSE NO ORDER NO NOTHING TOLD THEM MY SON BIRTHDAY WAS FRIDAY THEY DON'T CARE THEY SHOULDN'T BE ONLINE SCAMMING PEOPLE WITH A PRODUCT YOU CAN'T DELIVER NOR RESPOND TO CUSTOMER ONCE YOU HAVE TAKIN THEIR MONEY AND DON'T PRODUCE THE ITEM BAD SERVICE WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THE COMPANY S THAT ARE SCAMMING ELDERLY PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD ERNED MONEY...WISH I HAD SEEN REVIEWS BEFORE I PURCHASED NEVER NEVER AGAIN HAVE FILED COMPLAINT WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR A REFUND AND STOP PAYMENT

I contacted person online on Facebook who promised me a puppy. I sent a deposit of $100 to make sure the puppy stayed mine, bringing my total money lost to $150. Then when everything was ready to be delivered I was asked to give $700 for a kennel special made for a puppy to be transported in. Of course nothing was ever said about that so I didn't have the money for that so the puppy didn't come to me. When I asked for my money back it had already been spent and was unable to be returned. Then the husband got involved and said he would bring the puppy to me but he needed gas money. I stupidly gave him $50 for gas money. He then called after the money got to him stating that his daughter got into a car accident and that he wasn't able to bring puppy so he was going to have a friend do it. Then we get a text that a service can bring the puppy needed $1,000 for a transportation. Then it all went down. I'm upset I'm heartbroken I don't know how to go without getting this person in trouble cuz I'm so devastated.

Purchased a motorcycle seat on Facebook. Paid: 350.00. I lost a total of $350.00. After back and forth via messenger with the seller from Facebook about getting tracking number one was sent (express waves cargo) who after several attempts to contact after delivery date pasted stated I needed to pay a 250 refundable insurance deposit. All attempts to contact seller or a live person from shipping company have failed.

DQ posted an item I wished to purchase on Facebook. I made arrangements for payment but first confirmed it included shipping. I sent payment of $160, didn’t receive tracking, and item not received. They asked for another $130 for shipping and wouldn’t consent to cancel and refund.

It was a Facebook ad, about Kidney cleanse products, it also had people's testimonies about how it helped them a great deal, when i saw the reviews or testimonies from the claimed clients, i decided to purchase it. I purchased it February 21, 2026, from the company Facebook, and since i had not received anymore communication about the purchase just the 1st point of sale email from the entity they gave me an order number. I spent $44.90. I email them at [email protected] on March 4, 2026 about it, and i received a respond asking to allow some time, then i got another within 5 mins, saying there system is down they can not process any refunds, till there system comes back up, i also sent another email March 23, 2026 and they same thing happened.

I ordered weight loss meds from a facebook ad on Facebook. I called the company back the next day to cancel. They said they already shipped it. I got the package in 4 days and took it from my mailbox to the post office, and marked it REFUSED. I called the company and asked for my money back. The agent, Jay, asked immediately "Where did you get this number?" I said from my credit card statement. I told him I refused the package and he gave me a tracking number. I have not received my money back. I called the company on March 23,2026 and Jay said they did not receive the package. I gave him the tracking number HE gave me. He said they still had not received the package. I told him he was lying. He put me on hold then came back and said they did receive the package but it was past their refund policy. I called my credit card company and filed a report with FTC.

"Dale" from Facebook, did not want to issue a refund. I lost $18.58 on this from their site, Facebook, in the USA. This is the worst product and lie. Scamatoes 1000%. Do not buy these glasses from their site.

Clicked on a link on Facebook and took me to a "verified" website. That's where I messed up because I guess I can't trust those anymore. Wanted to get some shoes for a good deal and never got the shoes and they keep charging me for a subscription after telling them to cancel my order and them saying that they will. I lost $48.00. I received my money back in the form of credits for their website so my money is gone for good I guess?

we wanted to rent a mechanical bull for a birthday party. We found these people on Facebook. They were working with us on the date and time that we needed it. They said they wanted $200 for a deposit and $100 upon delivery total coming out to $300 well day of they said there was a problem and they needed the last $100 before the bull was delivered. they exchanged a few calls and text and she ended up sending the $100. They said that they were going to deliver at 5 PM but ended up never showing up nor answering any more messages.

I was tricked from a video on Facebook, wait until the end & then you suddenly have to buy pills. I sent back product on Jan 30,2026 & I'm still waiting for my $330.57 to be returned. They state 100% guarantee, 7-10 days, but now there's a processing time of 30days on top of 7-10. Why is no one checking these bogus videos.

Bought body parts for my car from a seller on Facebook. Payed by Zelle. Then was sent to what looked like Lagos site for shipping. Started paying insurance fees and delivery fees and packaging fees all by Zelle. Didn’t pay package fee as seemed too expensive then started to look into it. Said it was all refundable but won’t cancel and refund. Scammed for sure, lost $2645.
