The email appeared in my inbox on April 28,2017, It said that I had won a million dollars which I knew was a scam. I found a # to call on line, there is a # to contact on the email that was sent. I called and the name that was given me was Ryan Martin at ext 117. He wanted information from the email but I couldn't find it at that time. This person had a real heavy accent and kept trying to reassure me it was real. He waited for about 15 minutes till I told him I'd call him back. I looked on line for Face Book scams and sure enough it was one of the top 5 scams. I contacted ScamPulse.com and they told me to fill out this form.

facebook is a scam, they lure you in with just your email, then after a day or so, they lock you out and demand that you give them more info, like a phone number, "they say its to identify you", but its not ... its just so they can gather more info about you than you want to share with them. .. then in a few more days they completely lock you out and demand a government photo id, they say its to identify you to make sure its you. .. its not its to gather your information and photo. .. they use no other means to contact you, like trying to reach you by email exc... its an information gathering scam. ... they have no way of contacting them, and you cant get into your account to delete it. its you have to comply or they keep your info. ... its a scam. .. and i want them stopped. ... i broke no rules and did nothing wrong, they locked me out while i was using facebook ... and they do other people like that too.. im not the only one. ... other sites connect to facebook, and take your info and use it, like your pic exc.. and share it on the internet to tell everyone online who you are. .. i gave them nothing but others do. ..BEWARE !! "its funny the bbb rates it so high, if you look at the reviews theres only 1 positive review and 189 bad reviews"

I recently could not access Facebook. I called a friend to see if he would look up a telephone number for Facebook so I could talk to someone. I called 650 543 4800. I spoke to someone on the phone and they said they hold on one moment and I was connected to a gentleman name Joseph. Joseph stated for my problem to be corrected they would need $100.00 to correct the problem. I told him I did not do electronic banking. He stated they also took cash cards, any sort of prepaid card would work. I told Joseph that I would contact him after I purchased two $50.00 ITune cards. I called Joseph at 844 992 9994, which Joseph had provided me, Joseph took the numbers of the ITunes cards over the telephone and said to give him a few moments to work on the Facebook and that he would call me back. I never received a call back and my Facebook Page has not been corrected.

I received an email saying that Facebook has decided to check all accounts. When you go to the website listed it tells you it needs your email password to verify. The email hoster is StubHub, which is not affiliated with Facebook at all, its a ticket website for sporting events, concerts, theatrical performances, and other major events.

A simple Facebook help for permanent deletion of Facebook acct. turned ugly because of faulty accusations of inappropriate material on electronic devices Facebook pressed had received. This information was absolutely NOT on any device of the account holder. No was not taken for an answer. Lengthy talk was given and fee was almost presented before account holder was compelled to hang up. The account was deleted. Facebook rep. denied still requesting payment. Facebook is always free.

I have received several IMs from the CEO of Facebook telling me that I have won a Facebook Lottery. First I was told that I had won $45,000 and given a claim number. I asked who I could call to be sure this was legitimate and was given a phone number. I called them and they said it is legitimate but they were mistaken and I had actually won $500,000 and needed to send $300 for registration and delivery fees.

front to deliver our prize, then it was 200 dollars, now it is 150 dollars. I realize if win a prize, you don't pay for your prize. She wouldn't leave me alone. She messenger me for a solid three hours. I did not lose any money, but others should be aware.

A person claiming to be a Claims Agent for Facebook contacted me about lottery winnings with a large sum. This person's FB account had them out of Bosque, New Mexico. I had looked on line to see if there were any scams related to this and I found several reports of scams associated with Facebook and lottery winnings. I never entered anything through Facebook and none were offered through Facebook. I ceased contact with this person as soon as I found out and contacted my local ScamPulse.com office. The person's name was Tarin-Romero Prescilla.

Won 100,000.00, get in touch with Agent Carl Hubbard. Call 603-684-4275 to get in touch with the agent. Left name and number stating I wanted to claim my money. Called back and said my name was 5th on list I won 100,000.00. I needed to send $1,000.00 by Union Western. Have not sent money. Texting me on my phone. Ruth Anne Burns sent me this message on face book saying I had own. When told her I did not have the money, Ruth Anne stated she would loan me $500.00. Ruth Ann said her lawyers said not to tell anyone where she is located.

I called this number that came up when I looked up Facebook support/help and a man from another country (possibly Indian/Arab) answered, took some of my information and then told me he could get my account (that I already had on FB) and put it on my new cell phone for a charge of $100.00, must pay up front. I immediately got suspicious and annoyed, called him a "Scam artist" and HE hung up on me. When I called again he answered, heard my voice and hung up again. People need to know this is not a number for tech support for Facebook.

One of your friends on Facebook messaged me saying that they entered into a contest and won $150,000.

I asked how she find out about the contest which she said someone told her she was on a list. She gave me a number to text. I was asked to pay $1650 for taxes and handling. They never verified that they worked for Facebook. After I told them I would only pay if they verified this, they stopped texting back. Facebook Drawing asking for name, address, email. I believe it wasn't really my friend messaging me.
