Type of a scam Tax Collection
The scammer speaks with a mostly-North American accent, containing a slight inflection from another country. He calls "regarding an enforcement action by the U.S. Treasury." The speaker calls himself "David Gray" and claims that this "second" time the recipient of the message has not appeared before the "magistrate or superior court justice," which will constitute a "federal criminal offense." He ends by saying his name again, saying "Help us to help you," and saying his number twice.
It's an obvious mishmash of vague terms, and the character never even says one's name or what the charge is(!) We did not pick up the phone nor call back, so they did not receive any information or money from us. Nevertheless, some people may be taken in by this fraud...

We are getting numerous phone calls from the phone number 1.850.266.7482 from a gentleman by the name of David Gray. They are claiming to be from the Enforcement Action of U.S. Treasury Department and are threatening us with appearance in court if we do not return their phone call. We have received this phone call in the past and have ignored.
We hope you can assist in stopping these threatening phone calls! Thank you!

He says, "Hello, my name is David Gray. This is the second time that I have attempted to alert you, before you are forced to appear before a magistrate or a grand jury. He then repeats the phone number again and tells you to call him 850-266-7482."
