I spend about 900.00 on different items, I immediately received an email confirming received and my payment, they also said the items are getting ready for shipment. It’s been three weeks and received nothing. I started getting suspicious of this website being a scam. They keep sending me emails on reduce items to buy without sending me what I ordered Three weeks ago. I will never orders [censored] from Facebook making announcements of these websites. Stick with Wayfair instead.

In short.
Purchased goods from the web site. Didn’t get any thing and money was deducted.

I ordered an item on January 3, 2020. Shortly after I did receive an email confirmation, so I ordered two more items shortly after. However, I didn’t receive an email confirmation for the second order, and I kind of forgot about it. The first order arrived on February 2nd, and worried about the second order, I emailed their support. About 2 weeks later I received an email back claiming the second order was delivered on February 8th. I never received anything & I have never had anything stolen from ordering online. I suspect something went wrong, especially considering I never received an email confirmation. I don’t recommend ordering from this website at all.

Have you received your order? I ordered last week and received an order number and track number. I followed the track number since i hadn't received a shipping date and it took me to a web page describing a China tracking number. It didn't tell me anything. My boss keeps asking me when his phone screen will arrive. :(

I ordered a men’s trench coat and instantly received an email with a confirmation number saying I would be notified when my order was shipped. That was over a week ago, I have yet to receive an email saying my order was shipped. I have emailed [email protected] multiple times and every time I get a reply saying my request has been received and is being reviewed by the support team. Not once have I gotten any information on my order or any real reply in general.

Advertised on Facebook a magnetic phone case for iPhone 11 that had privacy screen feature. It took over three weeks to receive the product and it wasn't as advertised. I emailed the company and they asked for pics which I sent. They told me too bad on the refund and I could pick something else for the same price and I could pay shopping to return the unused product.
