Especially with stroller purchases. How do I a refund. As of 7/3/2020 it will be 2 months. Is Best Trendy Deals a fictitious online retailer? Who can be informed of the monies being stolen from American citizens.

OMG! I have learned a hard lesson dealing with this company. Ordered 3 in 1 Premium stroller on 5/3/20. It is 6/27/20. Hasn't been delivered or any status of shipment date. The stroller was for my great granddaughter. At this point I just want my money back. How can all of us file a legal complaint. To get results. I am going after Best Trendy Deals. I ordered a 3-1 premium stroller on April-18-2020. I have yet to receive my package, even though I was given an email saying my package was getting ready for shipment on the 20th of April! They take your money immediately, constantly send you text messages to buy more of their products but never sends out what you already have purchased. Iv tried to contact them many times via email considering that’s the only way to contact them and no response. I feel I have been scammed I’m out about 300 dollars. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy anything from this website it’s a scam. What a shame I just wanted a nice stroller for my child.

I was ripped off $89.95 from this horrible company. I had purchased a chunky cord knit blanket. I found the website on google, and I wish I had done research. I had nothing but problems with this company and was happy to have a great credit card company who fought for my refund! They lie, steal, and just don't deliver! it is so sad that people would go to the extreme of taking someone hard earn money they work hard for. we all are struggling in some type of way but that is no excuse to be such a rip off. my advice to people who do online shopping is to look more into the name of the business and do a lot of research before you purchase anything also use prepaid cards. I hope that every scammer in the world get caught and have to pay for their actions and one day you will get caught. I am very upset but this is a learning lesson.

Feb. 14, 2020 I ordered a toy for my dog for $19.84 an paid with PayPal. Over the next 2 months I tried to contact this company because I had not received updates on my order. When you call their toll free number, it rings once and falls into a busy tone. Many times I tried to call, in addition to my emails. My final email in April was to CANCEL my order. On May 1st I received my package BUT WAS THE WRONG ITEM, a child's puzzle! I emailed this company, wanting a refund. My response? return the item to a Canada address, and they will refund my money. Well, friends, the postage alone to CA from the USA will be FAR greater than the $19.84 item. They have the audacity for ME to return on my own dime! BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY!
