Finfy is taking 39.95 out of my account I do not know who they are! There is no phone number or anyway to contact them I need this cancelled and my money returned

They keep trying to charge me $39.95 and $19.95 every couple of days. I was able to refuse the charge for $39.95 but not the $19.95. Phone number is showing a SCAM.

I do not tecall how it happened. I temember signing up for a dollar free trial for something and cancelling it immediately. Then i jept seeing it on my bank dtstement.

I am Not sure why this charge is showing up on my Account I have been getting charged $39.95 and another 19.95 charge the following day if not the same day every month since September 2024 and I cannot get in contact with anyone who can help. Everyone I have contacted so far says I don't have an account with them so it must be someone else.. I can't even get ahold of anyone to cancel what ever this charge is for. How do I get this to stop it is costing me $60 a month for something i have no idea what it is for.

I tried to apply for a loan from up finances.com. Sent me to partner Finfy. I was being charged a $1.00 fee for a subscription I did not give authority. Was told it would be a seven day trial, then a charge of $18 and change a month. I tried to contact through email [email protected]. I received an email through google the company would not accept my email. The email had a phone number on it. I looked up phone number on Reverse Lookup, it showed number could not be found, mind you I did not try to call said phone number. Finfy.us also had a phone number (866) 836 6909. That phone number is considered unsafe per Reverse Lookup. My bank account still shows funds pending. Hopefully it won't go through. Hopefully this will help others with info. I am giving.
