Do not book with this company — complete bait and switch
I booked a flight through FareoDaddy because the price looked great. After I submitted my payment information, I never received a confirmation from the actual airline — only from FareoDaddy. Shortly after, they called me saying my seats were no longer available and that I'd need to pay significantly more to keep my travel dates. This is a well-documented scam pattern that they run repeatedly on customers.
Do yourself a favor and book directly through the airline or use Google Flights or Kayak where you can see real, confirmed pricing. This company is not legitimate and should not have access to anyone's credit card information.

I was shopping for flights and the opportunity to compare several websites came up, some very popular ones along with FateDaddy, which offered the cheapest flight. They took all my credit cards information and said I’d get my e-tickets sent to me via email….. which of course never came. For 3 days in a row I called them and each time they take my confirmation information and say they’d call me back in 10 minutes…which they never did. I immediately checked my credit card and then locked it. The third day when I reached someone, he said my flight details were still pending, he’d call me back in 5 minutes and I refused to let him hang up. He acted like he was researching my flight…. And came back on saying it was no longer available, but he could book me on an upgraded flight with 1 free bag, upgraded seats and refundable tickets. I waited for the ball to drop on the price….. literally double the cost of the flight I believed I bought!!!!! I said oh, no way sir, I’m done! He tried keeping me on the phone, but by then I’d had enough and hung up! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER will I do business with them,, and wouldn’t recommend that you ‘do either! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

Purchased a ticket online, then received an email saying my ticket was not booked yet and they would call me to complete the purchase. When they called, my ticket was no longer available, and I would have to pay $1200 now for the same ticket. They would not honor the ticket on their website. I wanted to cancel the ticket and they said I couldn't, it was non-refundable. SCAM! I would not agree to any of the tickets they tried to sell me, however, they charged my credit card for a one-way (I needed round-trip). I ended up purchasing the same ticket thru Priceline, had to wait for the fraudulent charge to post, then get a refund from American Airlines for the fraudulent charge. What a hassle, but AA said it's been happening a lot. AA was very helpful!

Their website is a third-party website that books discount flights. They were linked to from a legitimate flight-finder website, and their website said that if you booked a flight through them, you would be able to cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours after the booking. I booked a flight, and at no point, during the booking process, did any text say that the booking would not be able to be cancelled or that additional fees would apply. After booking, I immediately received a confirmation email that said that cancellations or refunds were not allowed, that the flight was not yet booked, and that all changes would incur additional fees. The email included grammar and spelling mistakes. I called the number listed in the email to cancel the booking, and the man I spoke to said it would be cancelled and that I would receive a confirmation email that it was cancelled within an hour or two. After two hours, I received an email from another member of their team instead, saying that she is in the process of booking the flight and to contact her. I called her and said that I had cancelled the flight two hours earlier and have been awaiting my confirmation email. She said that it was not possible to cancel this flight, because the airline had already put in a soft charge. I said that their website says that a person can cancel up to 24 hours for a full refund. She said that this rule does not apply to discounted flights. I said that no exception is made on the website for discounted flights and that at the time of booking, none of this was disclosed. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said that he was busy and continued to repeat the same information to me. I asked for the manager to call me, and she said he would call me within 30 minutes. He never called. I have issued stop payments for this company and the airline.
