The merchant has refused to provide a refund despite my good-faith attempt to return the product according to their instructions.
After receiving the item, I contacted the merchant to initiate a return. I was instructed that the item had to be shipped to an address in Australia in order to qualify for a refund. This requirement imposed a substantial and unreasonable cost for international shipping.
I followed the merchant’s instructions and paid to ship the item to the address provided. However, the shipment could not be delivered because the business was not available to receive the package. As a result, the package was returned to me by the carrier.
Despite complying with the merchant’s stated return process and making a documented attempt to return the product, the company has refused to issue a refund. This effectively prevents consumers from exercising the advertised return policy.
I believe this constitutes a deceptive or unfair business practice because the return policy requires expensive international shipping and then fails to allow the return to be completed. I made a good-faith effort to return the item exactly as instructed, but the merchant’s actions have made it impossible to complete the return and obtain a refund.

I want to warn other consumers about my experience with Lacceti and their return process.
When I attempted to return an item, the company required that the return be shipped to Australia. This was extremely expensive from the United States and was not clearly disclosed before purchase.
I followed their instructions and paid for international shipping to the address they provided. However, the package could not be delivered because the business was not available to receive it. The carrier returned the package back to me.
Despite my documented attempt to follow their return policy exactly as instructed, the company has refused to issue a refund.
This process places a significant financial burden on the customer and makes it extremely difficult or impossible to complete a return successfully. Consumers should be aware of the potential costs and risks involved before purchasing from this company.
I recommend that buyers carefully review the return policy and consider whether they are willing to pay high international shipping costs with no guarantee the return will be accepted.

They advertise high-quality nice products for an expensive price they show photos of what to expect and then when you get the product after paying a lot of money for it it’s literally like a $10 cheap item from Walmart or a bubblegum machine. Nothing you would ever buy in person or if they showed a real photo of what you were getting for the money. as soon as I receive them, I contacted the company immediately, which can only be by email. It took them several days to get back to me in which they tell you don’t send anything back to the return label or you won’t get credited they have to give you the address and then they take several more days to give you the address but there’s only a 15 day window for return then they tell you hey it’s gonna cost you a lot to return it so how about you take a 20% discount keep the item. I looked at their reviews and everything says the same thing. It’s a scam company.

Website using Italian name purported to sell luxury goods, like Italian leather shoes and cashmere. I ordered a cashmere sweater. It took almost a month to arrive and it can from China. The sweater is obviously not cashmere- fabric is coarse and cheap feeling. I requested return information. After the third request, they said they would only give me 20% of price as it had to be returned via Australia. I insisted I wanted a refund, and they then stopped replying to me.

LACCETI policy states 2-4 days for processing and 5-15 days for shipping; they responded by email today 08/20/2025 only after I contacted them. I placed my order with their company August 9, 2025.

I want my $139.79 refunded I do not want their products.

I ordered shoes from "LACCETI" by way of Facebook.com. They are described as "Italian Leather" well made sandals. It took almost 2mths before they came. When they arrived, they were cheap rubber bottom, maybe $5 sandals with glue on the sides of them. I reached out to them the same day of delivery. Their claim is to send them back, at MY cost, to Australia with a 30% refund(!!?) I spent $66.89 in total. The return shipped address they came from is 1080 SE 5th St Ste300, Hialeah, Fla 33010. That is the address for "HIKE FOOTWEAR" (??) BUYERS BEWARE!!

The website advertised as a US company with 800 support number and return policy.

The items advertised on the website appears to be high quality. I received very poor quality items. Company refused to give me a return address and said they would only take return in Australia and tried to threaten me into taking a very low sum of refund.
