They never deliver the products that we order. Now when supposedly you try to track your product there is not place to track. There is only a help desk contact and when you to they just keeping putting the excuse of the pandemic. I ask several time for the return of my money and no respond at all. I see now that a lot people was scam buy this fake website . Please do not buy from this website.

I place an order on July 30 for a 3in1 stroller. I realized this was a scam after weeks of placing my order and not getting any tracking number or any response from vendor. You will loose your money. Company will never respond back. This was for a baby. I’m so mad! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. IS A SCAM.

I paid through Paypal and filed a complaint with PP only to have BTD contact me to say my shipment was going out giving BTD just enough time for my PP complaint to lapse. Ordered a cover for a love seat in July and never received it. They sent a tracking number but it doesn’t apply to any shipping company so you can’t track the package. I emailed them but all you get is an automatic response that tells you the package may have been delayed. After reading the reviews I realize I have been scammed and called my credit card company to cancel the charge. This is a scam so don’t order from them.

I wish I had known about this scummy scamming international website before making a purchase. I ordered the 3 in 1 stroller last month and all I keep getting in my email is an auto response about delays due to the pandemic. After reading other reports, I realize I won't be getting my stroller OR a refund for that matter. I pray we find a way to ban together and stop them from doing this to people. Like many others who've filed complaints, I was charged immediately for an item and haven't received it in two months, despite receiving e-mails stating my item was on its way and a tracking number. There is no way to track a package because you don't know who the delivery company is. There is no phone # and I cannot get an email through because my cybersecurity software blocks it. Scam, scam, scam!

I still haven't received my order from the beginning of April, it's now August! Still haven't received anything yet! Also they are still advertising the same 3 items I ordered, with a 7-10 day shipping! There must be a way to warn everyone about this scam, as thwy are advertising everywhere!

I placed an order on line from this company’s great adds. in May 2020. Best Trendy Deals. I did not check the company address or location. I should have. It’s very difficult to find any email to ask them about my product or non shipment of the product. No phone numbers are listed at all. I ordered a pet bed. They immediately took the money out of my bank account. As of the end of July 2020, I have not received the product. I have received a bogus email regarding shipping. This company is not real. It’s a scam. This group is probably out of the country, and this is how they make money every day taking people’s money. It is not a real company.

I purchased a Premium 3 in 1 stroller on May 3, 2020. In the amt. of $289.95 + $8.70 int'l fee.
To date no delivery nor refund. I have numerous emails sent to the contact information. From the reviews. This seems to be a common practice. Is this because of Covid-19 or a Trump vs China political stance. This is company should not be allowed to take advantage of American citizens hard earned money. Without harsh consequences.
