I got a call from a man who claimed to work with Amazon. He said their was a $1000 xharge on my Amazon account. I told him that was wrong and that Amazon would not call me and he kept trying to say I had a $1000 charge on my Amazon account.

Contacted alleged Alexa help line thought it was Amazon. I was told my computer was infected with spyware and the firewall corrupted. Allegedly cleaned my computer of spyware and firewall corruption. offered 3 protection plans based on time of coverage 1, 3 years, and lifetime. I choose one year at $149.99. I should have questioned why an Amazon tech would offer 3rd party services. See contact below

Brushing scam with Amazon. We have received a number of packages that we did not order, these packages come with no information or packing slip, only a box with a shipping label.

Phone call stating "my order valued at over $900.00 was being delivered today and would be charged to my Amazon account. I have no undelivered orders. I inquired what the order was. I was told an Ipad. As I never use Apple products I really knew something was suspicious. The caller stated he needed to verify my name and address. If he was from Amazon he would know this information. I said that to him. When he attempted to verify the information he had I called him out on his being from Amazon because we recently issued an address change. This is when he started back pedaling. I informed him I suspected this as fraud and would report the call and phone number to the PA AG office and the BBB. I promptly hung up. I removed all credit cards from my Amazon wallet and verified no new charges on the card. I filled out the online complaint form with Amazon. I informed them they obviously have a breach and I would be passing the information along.

I received an email from Amazon saying my Prime membership was set to renew on May 27th, but the card associated with my prime membership needed to be updated. It went on to say they wanted me to update the default card, and please sign the pdf document attached to this email. They said they would try to charge other cards to try to stop Amazon prime membership from being suspended but if they can't it will be suspended, sincerely the Amazon Prime Team.

Norton security bought thru Amazon.

April 6, I think - "This is Amazon Services. Your Prime Service will be automatically renewed in the amount of $99.99 and your bank account debited. Call to cancel, or press 1 to speak to a representative." I received another call on April 7, 8:55 am, from 1-604-266-3500, saying "Your Amazon account will be charged $750. Press 1 to cancel payment & ask for a refund." I do not have an Amazon account of any kind. I receive 3-4 of these types of calls every day, and although I don't pick up to answer these calls, it's very annoying and fraudulent. All calls are pre-recorded messagesrobocalls.

2 calls in a row received yesterday, one at 4:44 pm and the next, exactly the same, received at 5:03 pm. Yesterday, I reported to you 2 additional calls from "Amazon", but from 2 different numbers. So, so far, 4 different numbers have appeared on my phone.
