Logged into my Amazon account and there was a yellow banner on time indicating my account was locked due to suspicious activity and asked me to call a number. When I called the number they asked me to download a desktop app and then I hung up. I called Amazon and they told me that wasn't them. I tried looking up the number in my call log and it was gone.

This person saying that he represented Amazon asked me about a order that I had placed for a laptop for the amount of $1100 dollars was going to be delivered and needed more information. I told him that I did not order any laptop, he then wanted information about my bank and if I had any other bank accounts, I then told him that I wasn't going to give Any such information and he then started to get an attitude with me and thats when I hung up.

He first told me his name was Samuel Kim and his ID # was AMZ09012

Thanks for your time

I received an email from Amazon that stated my 3 Dementia clocks were out for delivery. I hadn't ordered these. The next day I received an email from Amazon that my account had been compromised and that I should change my password. After changing my password, I checked my order history and the clocks were not in that history. I contacted my credit card company that is linked with Amazon and no charges had been made. The next day I received another email from Amazon, with a picture, that my clocks had been delivered to my son in another state.

Man with an Indian accent said he works with Amazon and wants to get updates from my company on our package delivery preferences. Pretended to be from Amazon but called from this off number with a caller ID from Phoenix, AZ. He then attempted to read our company's address off with lots of mistakes and wanted me to confirm this for him, even though Amazon has our address & delivers to us weekly. I also Googled this number & saw the spam alerts pop up.

This happened to me on Jan 9, 2024. I did report the scam on the government scam web site. I had called the phone number for Amazon customer service that I found online and when I was connected the person said that my somebody was trying to use my credit card and then they told me that somebody was trying to get into my bank account. They told me that somebody from my bank would call which was Langley credit Union and would verify the information I then got a phone call from Langley Bank excuse me Langley Federal credit Union or actually it's just Langley credit Union I think. Verifying that they were from Langley and I needed to go withdrawing my money and they would tell me how to get it into a different account they didn't want me to do it at the bank because somebody that was told that somebody at the bank could be doing this so not to tell them so when I went out and took the money from my bank account they did ask me if I knew what I was doing and I lied to them and said yes when I finally realized what was going on I had already put in $27,000

I received a voicemail from someone claiming to be from Amazon. They said $1499.00 would be charged to my account soon. They provided a reference number and a phone number to call. I did not call back because I do not have an Amazon account so I knew this was a scam.

Scammer said that my Amazon account was making a "abnormal payment" I have also been contacted twice after buying items on Amazon saying that the sellers were potentially selling stolen goods

Cold call to a waiting line with music. Automated music played for 15 seconds before a robotic voice stated that they were "calling to authorize a payment for $1499.00 for the recent purchase of Apple MacBook Pro on your Amazon Account. If you do not authorize this payment, please press one to speak to our customer service representative." When returning the call to be put on a 'Do Not Call' list, I was unable to ever connect to an actual representative or person.

A woman left this message on my cell phone: "This call is to authorize the payment of $1,499 for the recent order of Apple Macbook Pro on your Amazon account. If you do not authorize this payment, please press one to speak to our customer support representative." I did NOT press one. This 50 second message was 15 seconds of dead air followed by 20 seconds of music and the 15 second message at the end.

Good Day,

I am writing to formally report the website https://amazstore-glo.com, which I believe is engaging in fraudulent activities. I purchased an electric scooter for $39.99 (Order Number: BB1288) on 1 November 2024, but the tracking number provided (AM*********CN) is invalid, and communication through their provided email ([email protected]) lacks transparency and professionalism.

The website provides no legitimate contact details, phone numbers, or identifiable business information, and its operations appear to violate consumer protection laws. I request your assistance in investigating this matter and taking appropriate actions, including shutting down the website if found to be fraudulent.

Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I am available to provide additional details or documentation if required.

Sincerely, ****** ****** ******* *******************
