Someone called claiming to be from Amazon from a Vancouver number before 6:00 am. I was asleep and disoriented. They asked for me and wanted to confirm that I ordered/didn’t order a $3000 fishing boat, which I did not- as if she needed to clarify an order. She said ok and hung up. She didn’t ask for personal information and it didn’t seem odd in my sleepy haze, until after I hung up and realized she called me Mrs (my husband’s name), something I’ve never used, and certainly not on Amazon. I’m not sure if they were confirirming my name and number or if I was too tired and confused to try and bamboozle further.

I received two calls on my cell phone yesterday supposedly from Amazon. Calling about an account they say I have and a charge for $749. I don't have an account with them. The phone call came from +4917640531990. It doesn't look like a real phone number. When I spoke with them they hung up on me when I told them I did not have an Amazon account. I want to report the calls.

I received email saying my Amazon prime was due to expire same day so I filled out everything even my SSI #. After I clicked send I checked my Amazon acct. payment wasn’t due till April. I canceled my credit card. Changed my password and contacted Equifax etc to freeze credit. It’s and state tax were contacted. Every where we have a few dollars have been put on notice. Lot of work for a stupid mistake.

The initial call said that someone was trying to purchase a Mac book pro of a purchase over $1000. I hit 1, got a man on the phone. He then told me that he shut down my account & asked if I knew two addresses. Afterwards he told me that my social security number was at risk & I wold need to be forwarded to social security. He forwarded me, but I hung up after that.

Email sent stating I had a refund coming from Amazon. They tried to gain remote access to my phone to compromise my personal info

I received an email that appeared to be from Amazon. Two email addresses on the email. [email protected] the other email is 2aliayahsimon710,bcc:me. It wanted me to confirm an order. Thank you for recent purchase with Laphered LLC. 1-844-651-1523. I did not purchase anything from them. I called the number. Told me purchases were on my account. My account was compromised. Asked me to go to a store and get a blocking card. The card would be free. Stay on the phone with them when I bought the card. They never gave the amount of money I owed. I did not get the card. I am contacting Amazon.

My mother was contacted by phone . The caller told her she had made multiple purchases totaling over $1, ooo. She has not purchased anything from Amazon in over a year. The caller transferred her to customer service, and customer service eventually hung up on her.

I have been receiving phone calls from Amazon. It is a live person. I'm sick of them. I don't deal with Amazon. Calling regarding an order for earbuds costing $1030. I am a Senior. What do I want with earbuds. I hang up on them. I do have an Amazon tablet I got about five years ago. It seems that when I update my password these calls start. The phone number in my caller ID is on two lines. I never saw anything like it. Phone number. 447-742-883423. I blow a whistle into the phone.

My roomates nephews dad purchased an item through Amazon. His dad lives out of the country. On Sunday 6th Steven my nephew tracked the package #289398098316 item was to be computer speakers it showed the package was delivered. The package was not delivered to the right address. I called Fedex to let them know the package was mis delivered. fedex driver was to go back and get the package but I was to give Fedex 24 hours to retrieve it. But Fedex was unable to retrieve it that I was to contact Amazon. So on Feb 9th I contacted Amazon at the number above. The woman I talked to wanted access to my computer so she could give me the refund and another package would be sent out and a refund for the trouble would be given. So as this man was suppose to give the refund to my account he put in the wrong refund amount. It was to be $140.00 refund and he put in $1400.00 and then told me that I had to go purchase Google cards because the mistake of the amount was given. The $1400.00 never hit my account he never was able to get into my account. I had left the house then when I got back to my house the Camera on my laptop was access it showed me coming into my apt. I called this guy back since he gave me his number and told him he was trying to scam me. I hung up. So I called the number got a different guy explained the situation to him he tried to get me to get on my laptop so he could do the same thing I told him I already talked to this other guy and he hung up on me.

A Man called saying he was from Amazon and that I had $799.00 that has not been paid for a Amazon delivery, I told him I never had a amazon account and don't want an account. The man also had my name.

We received a phone call from Amazon trying to scam us for $995.50. Said we owe that amount. We don't have an Amazon account. Press one to dispute the charge. I pressed number one. A man came on the phone. He wanted me to put the money on an Amazon card. He asked if we lived close to a CVS store to get the card. We did not get the card. The number in our caller ID was 412-963-6524. We wanted to report the scam call.

"Thank you for your order" was on the fake invoice & the amount of $1399.50. Several reasons given to contact the number: if I wanted to change something or if this was in error, etc. I deleted because I have not ordered anything for any amount

I received a phone call a little while ago from Amazon. Callers name was Chester. He said I owe Amazon $700. I don't have the exact amount. I was in total shock. I was wondering if you had any complaints on this. I don't even have an Amazon account. He gave me a phone number to call back 206-504-7753. I wondered if my Grandkids did this. I did not call the number back.

I was contacted by phone. The scammers said someone had hacked my Amazon account and they were trying to help me get the charges taken off of my account. They wanted to know if my account started with a 4 or 5 and how much I had in my bank account. They wanted to connect me with my bank. Which would not have actually been my bank. That's when I told them I would contact my bank and they hung up.

Authorize a charge to your Amazon account of 1500.00 for a ipad and iphone pro ear pods press 1 to say yes or press 2 to decline then hung up. Got another same call an hour later from different number and State
