I signed up and decided the service is not what I needed. I cancelled the service. They then debited my bank account for $38.95. I have multiple emails asking for a refund. Each time the emails were answered by things like Woofz can't find where they debited my account, or can't find where I ever had an acct. They did refund one month but debited again the next.
