Shoes too large and return label only offered after threat to report

order a pair of women's shoes July 17th, shoes deliver on July 30th. shoes were to large, despite ordering a smaller, since my original size wasn't available. replied to email requesting a return label, after numerous emails back and forth, company kept offering 20 to 100 percent store credit, telling me I could keep the purchase. I kept telling I didn't want the shoes, I kept asking for a return label, they finally offered one after I responded by saying I would report the company, they said they would refund total purchase price but would have to return the shoes to China at my own risk, even though they have address in Delaware, New York, Wyoming. I will decline to send package to China, I will speak to my bank about situation, and email company to get a US address
