The window showed a message that read "Loading 1 - Please do not close the window after payment is completed. Wait for the payment settlement" and never provided an order number nor confirmation of the order yet my credit card was charged for payment of $75.50
I received a confirmation email from Paypal that I authorized a payment in the amount of $75.50 but it also shows the purchase details as "tiktok b2c recharge Item #_668071", which is not correct. I tried to contact the seller via their website and I also sent an email to their supposed customer service email ([email protected]), but did not get any type of reply to either. I also called the customer service number on their website (334-633-1379) but I get a message that says "Your call cannot be completed as dialed".

Gave me tracking number that never worked.
The tracker had over 12 different locations that the package was going to go, and the tracker never stopped at any of the places provided.
Said my package was delivered 12/2 at 7:06 am. At front door.
I emailed them I did not receive my package. They emailed me back that their system says it was delivered and confirmed. They won’t answer their phone I called four times in a row.
I got there phone number from the BBB.

The same tactics as the other complaint described. The only difference is that I cancelled the order within minutes and of course never received the product as requested. So, after 20 calls or so they still have my money, and I never received their product. Lesson learned. Please beware.

When you decline to give them your ID, they will tell you they will refund the payment. After days of no refunds, you can message them back, and they will say they will give you a refund, yet again. Weeks will go by with no refund. After disputing with my credit card company, they sent a DDoS attack, or a surge, through your IP address and "fry" your modem/router, causing us to have no internet until we replace the unit through our ISP. They also operate under different website names, with a slightly different webpage, that makes you believe you are using a different store, but is actually redirected back to www.rsmalls.com. This is an evil practice for if you had used a debit card, there is no way to reverse the charge. I also found they try to create PayPal Invoices using the information you submit onto their webpage, leading you to believe you owe a random company hundreds of dollars.

i finally gave in and said ok. I onlybgit back 60% of the shipping also. Tjis whole thing is a complete scam. I dontblnow what country they are . Please check these people out. I lost 40% but i will never do anything like tjis again
